I can't say enough about this company. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The technicians are timely and capable. Tommy is a complete delight to deal with and exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. Blair Exceeded expectations and very informative and knowledgeable 6/5/2012

We called on Friday evening at 9 pm and spoke to a real person that scheduled us for between 2 and 4 pm Saturday. We received two phone calls ahead of 2 pm updating us on time and they arrived at 3 pm. Took us rough the problems, offered multiple solutions and fixed the door on the spot within 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable, very informative and thorough. Door works beautifully. If only every service was is professional, efficient and fair. more

The service techs did a great job! 5/30/2012

I called for service in the morning. I was told they would be at the house 2-4. The techs were running late and the office called to change the apt to 4-6. The techs called on their way to the house to let me know they were coming. They were very nice, very helpful, gave me options on what to do. They performed the work professionally and quickly. Great Job!!!! more

Great overall experience. 5/29/2012

I called two other companies a week ago and never got a call back. I called Girard's Garage Door at 10:30 this morning and they had someone at my house within the hour. They fixed the problem within 45 minutes. James who did the work was very thorough and professional with the work that was needed to be done. I highly recommend this company! more

Girard's is great and Blair is the best service tech around. He has helped me at 3 different locations with my garage door issues. He is prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. I ask for him by name. They are terrific at accomodating your schedule and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend. more

Garage door repair 5/18/2012

Blair arrived within 1 hr of my phone call. He checked it out and fixed that door like a cheetah on a wildebeest. Super professional, super friendly, and totally reasonable!! Blair is now my new garage door guy. more

Garage door emergency taken care of within 3 hours of calling. 5/15/2012

I called with a broken garage door and James came out within 3 hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Eventually we will need new garage doors, but James was able to repair the old one at minimal cost and gave an estimate for new doors when we decide to replace. He was quick, but thorough and I was very happy with the service! more

Outstanding installation 5/11/2012

James and Vince did an awesome job installing and removing our old wooden garage doors. I was impressed with the attention to detail and overall speed in which they completed the job. I only wish that they had spent more time cleaning up afterwards as there were many spare metal parts left behind and paint chips all over the driveway from the old doors. We have three small children so that was an issue. more

Excellent Service 5/10/2012

I originally called a company I found on the internet " Precision " garage door repairs and they told me they didn't make the wooden panels, that I needed to repair my door.They only wanted to sell me two new garage doors !! I found "Girard's" name in the yellow pages and so glad I did. We had an honest estimate from Blair, at Girard's to repair the wooden panel on the one garage door. The other door was in perfect condition. They still make the wooden panels that I needed to repair the bottom panel of the one door. Blair came on 5/10/12 and worked efficiently to repair the panel,install a new lock, replace springs and rollers that were not working well. The door looks brand new and works beautifully !! I would recommend Girard's to anyone who wants honest, thorough and efficient repairs to their garage doors !! The serviceman who did the repair was the BEST! His name is Blair and he did an excellent job,and gave us honest answers to our questions. I would write a letter of recommendation for Blair for any position he would like, as he is extremely knowledgeable and likes a challenge and is very proud of the work he does ! more

exceeded expectations 5/10/2012

my garage door was broken, car stuck inside. called another company first, they didn't show up, then they re-scheduled, didn't show up again, then they cancelled altogether. finally i called Girard. by this time it was Sunday, nice guy named Mike (King of prussia area?) showed up, took care of things quickly,neatly and professionally. excellent service. more

Great Service, Excellent Result 5/10/2012

Blair from Girard's Garage door Service came to repair our garage doors, which were not working well; binding, noisy etc. He was held up on his prior job and called to say when he would arrive, which was well within the time promised. He examined the doors and explained what was needed. When he completed his work the doors worked better than new, the work area was spotless and he showed me everything he said he would do was done. Additionally Blair was extremely polite in answering any of my questions. I will be a return customer. more

Tom in the service desk was professional, clear about services, and scheduled the repair for the next day since it was after-hours when we called. Mike the technician was super! What an outstanding technician--he really knows the business and put an emphasis on safety as well as explaining all the parts that would be under warranty. Girard's is the only way to go for garage door installation, service and warranty work! Keep up the good work. more

Fixed badly damage garage door 5/7/2012

I called Girards to come and look at my badly damaged garage door. They were so accomodating to my schedule and came out in a matter of hours from when I first called. Tim brainstormed and found a way to fix my door without me having to replace it. He saved me a lot of money. He was fast, efficient, polite and professional. He did a quality job fixing it and gave me advice on proper use. I have used this company before and have been very impressed with the service. I will be emailing my neighbors this rating as well.
