The tension spring broke, as they do over time, and the garage door wouldn't operate. The service technician, James, from Girard came out promptly the same day right on time as they promised. He was very knowledgeable and explained the spring replacement process. Apparently, the original spring installed by the previous homeowner was not the proper spring. He identified the issue and installed the correct spring performing a quality job.
