Professional yet caring 1/24/2014

Everyone from the owners to the person who cleans vehicles are wonderful. We are Canadians who broke down on our way south and they accomodated our 32ft unit and us while they fixed our truck. We were treated very well and would recommend this business to everyone. more

Amazing Service 1/21/2014

My brother has been taking in his vehicle's to Genesis for some time now and when my car had problems it was the first place I went. They were wonderful and went above and beyond with their customer service. As for the inner workings of a vehicle I'm not as savvy so I can't tell you what they did in any sort of technical terms, but I will say that what was broke is now fixed and I have had no other problems. They also didn't try to up-sale me, which I hate, they were honest and fixed what needed to be fixed. They made some suggestions as to what would be the next step for future maintenance, but never pushed. This type of attitude gave me a sense of comfort and trust in a company who so obviously has a very high integrity in their business dealings; especially for one such as myself who if told the muffler bearings needed to be changed wouldn't think twice about saying ok and thinking it was a legitimate cause for concern. Thank you Genesis ya'll were fantastic. more

Great and trustworthy place to get your vehicle worked on 1/16/2014

Genesis was referred by a friend as a good place to get my RV serviced. After reviewing their website and talking to them, I decided to have them work on both our Jeep and Dodge Caravan. They fixed my Jeep issue for less $ than I expected and the Caravan issue for one-half of what a dealership estimated it would cost. Always friendly, courteous and genuine, Genesis calls and gets permission before proceeding. I'm taking my RV in next! I have found a place I can trust. more

Review 1/13/2014

I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to do an oil change. I had made an appointment and yet I still had to wait over 30 minutes before they even took my car in. What's the purpose of making an appointment if it still takes over an hour to do a simple oil change? more

Not too happy 10/6/2013

They fixed my car but only after 2 months of having it sit around their place. It wasn't completely their fault but in the end after they'd finally gotten the proper parts they kept putting off fixing my vehicle, making this or that excuse.. Just not to pleased with my overall experience through your company this time around. 2 months is too long to fix the problem my car was having;; just glad to have my car back now..especially since i have a little one and was left without a vehicle for two months! Should have been given a rental or something. I can understand maybe a week or something but 2 months of no car why wasn't I offered a loaner or something? more

I had my new used car diagnosed before I bought it at another repair shop. Two weeks later the check engine light came on. I took it in to the same repair shop and they charged me $50 to tell me the code that was coming up. They said it would cost me $270 to fix and would not even include the $50 in that cost. I came to Genesis for a second opinion and Jamie expressed his sympathy that I was charged for finding the code especially after I had paid the shop for the diagnostic test in the first place. He re tested for the code at no charge and quoted me a much more reasonable price ($100 less). He spent the time to explain things to me. He reassured me that Genesis did not engage in those sorts of customer gouging practices. I am now a loyal customer of Genesis. more

stranded and needing help 9/15/2013

after reviewing my R/O i now feel we were totally taken advantage of. We were broke down and desperate. I am doing the Rear Brakes myself because of the PRICING and lack of professionilizem. There was job crossovers and parts not used and the bill went up from the estimate. (which was doubled up on jobs) I bought the same exact brake pads at my local auto parts store for $52.95 Brians price $190.92 (PROFIT OF $138.00) I bought calipers for $58.95 each, Brians price $159.05 (profit of @101.00. I understand a business needs to make a profit but i believe he went over board in time and price. I had 1 side apart on the rear in 45 mins and had i had the caliper i would have been done on one side in 1 1/2 hrs, so both sides in about 3 hrs at my house not in at garage in professional business. I would reommend them only because they try hard to please./, more
