Supervision missing 9/13/2014

1. The windshild sticker was not changed after the oil was changed. 2. The repair receipts stated the hour meter on the genset reads 1540 when the actual reading was 154. 3. A new genset was installed and I had asked that I keep the old genset. When I looked the old genset was nowhere to be found. more

very poor customer service 9/11/2014

Suffice it to say very poor customer service. Whom I can only assume is the owner of Genesis, he was very disrespectful of my wife who owns the company & subsequent vehicle that needed repair. I was told by "the owner" to tell my wife to "mind her own business". As I told the owner, this is her business and we won't be doing business with you again. We had our truck towed out of their shop within 30 minutes. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Apparently their million dollar RV customers deserve more respect than a 16 foot delivery box van. more

Outstanding Customer Service 9/9/2014

We were stuck with some serious problems and Genesis went the distance to help us as we are full timers. They were honest, fair and knew what they were doing! We highly recommend them to all RV'ers. more

Georgetown 2004 Motorhome 7/10/2014

Mystery electrical problem 6/16/2014

I had an inconsistent electrical situation in my motorhome involving the generator and the rooftop A/C system. Genesis spent numerous hours diagnosing the problem and all is well now. The people at Genesis are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and don't treat you like you're a bother because you don't know everything about RVs. They're organized, timely and truly do want to get you where you need to be. This is not just a fix-it shop where you "park it over there and we'll get to it sometime". They really care about you. I would recommend Genesis to anyone with a problem or just routine maintenance. more

Good work for a reasonable price 5/12/2014

Needed a new solenoid for a fleet dump truck. Genesis got the vehicle in right away, diagnosed it and repaired it quickly. Their professional, courteous staff provided excellent service for a reasonable price. I'll be back. more
