Genesis Automotive & RV Repair led me thru all the issues I couldn't see and some of the one's I could. I'm a new RV Owner and being educated on what I have is quite helpful.

Awesome Repair Shop 9/7/2013

I have brought both my RV and car to Genesis. All the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I was given a written quote and list of necessary repairs. They called to update me and and get permission for any extra repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner. I felt I was a valued customer, received excellent work and highly recommend this business. more

An honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional business. Jamie, one of Genesis' mechanics, went above and beyond to help me with a recent stressful situation in which my timing belt broke & damaged my engine. He gave me many options and provided great counsel & resources for what steps I could take in either repairing my car or finding a buyer willing to put the work into it. So helpful! more

Jamie understood my requirements. Because of how far this place is to my home, I'd go elsewhere for minor repairs. But I'd not hesitate to come back to Genesis for bigger job or make a recommendation for this repair shop. more

Over priced 8/10/2013

Was quoted a price between $1700 to $2500 to fix A/C. Got the work done at a different shop and paid $700. more

I love that they give a loaner car. they keep in contact with you while your vehicle is being repaired. and where most shops will either try to upsell things you don't need or overlook major issues to save a buck. these guys are right on. more

The service was very good. I thought the amount of time charged for analysis of the problem was extremely high. The charge for this service should not have been over $1000 more

Suspension on Camper Van 5/25/2013
