My brother has been taking in his vehicle's to Genesis for some time now and when my car had problems it was the first place I went. They were wonderful and went above and beyond with their customer service. As for the inner workings of a vehicle I'm not as savvy so I can't tell you what they did in any sort of technical terms, but I will say that what was broke is now fixed and I have had no other problems. They also didn't try to up-sale me, which I hate, they were honest and fixed what needed to be fixed. They made some suggestions as to what would be the next step for future maintenance, but never pushed. This type of attitude gave me a sense of comfort and trust in a company who so obviously has a very high integrity in their business dealings; especially for one such as myself who if told the muffler bearings needed to be changed wouldn't think twice about saying ok and thinking it was a legitimate cause for concern. Thank you Genesis ya'll were fantastic.
