Suffice it to say very poor customer service. Whom I can only assume is the owner of Genesis, he was very disrespectful of my wife who owns the company & subsequent vehicle that needed repair. I was told by "the owner" to tell my wife to "mind her own business". As I told the owner, this is her business and we won't be doing business with you again. We had our truck towed out of their shop within 30 minutes. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Apparently their million dollar RV customers deserve more respect than a 16 foot delivery box van.
