I had an inconsistent electrical situation in my motorhome involving the generator and the rooftop A/C system. Genesis spent numerous hours diagnosing the problem and all is well now. The people at Genesis are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and don't treat you like you're a bother because you don't know everything about RVs. They're organized, timely and truly do want to get you where you need to be. This is not just a fix-it shop where you "park it over there and we'll get to it sometime". They really care about you. I would recommend Genesis to anyone with a problem or just routine maintenance.
