Since the renovated spa opened in Southcenter, quality has gone downhill. I had a HORRIBLE hair cut in the spring by Ricco, it was fixed free of charge, but my hair was MUCH shorter than I wanted. In September I decided to give it another chance. I had a wonderful haircut, unfortunately I did not get the business card of the stylist(which I am still kicking myself for). When I scheduled my hair trim I asked for the stylist I had last time. They booked me with Megan, who fixed my bad haircut. Unfortunately it was not who cut my hair in September. I now have choppy layers, my hair poofs and it just looks butchered. Only thing I will go back for are eyebrows, Heather does GREAT eyebrows. The receptionists are rude and why do they act like they are performing brain surgery when looking up a reservation? The ones who answer the phone are even worse. Never getting my haircut there. Waste of money, if you do take your chances bring earplugs there are a few stylists who have some of the most unbearable laughs I have ever heard.
Pros: location is convenient
Cons: rude front desk, annoying hairstylist
