Haven't had my hair cut here, but I for ten years I had bi-monthly facials & other spa treatments. I finally stopped going this past year after deciding the value of the service no longer matched the spa pricing. The Spa staff is knowledgeable and the facials were great, but other aspects of the "spa" environment are lacking. If you are planning to go, try their spa on a weekday. The rooms are generally quieter and the staff not so rushed.
Pros: good parking, easy freeway access, knowledgeable staff
Cons: crowed on weekends
