Been using for over a year 1/16/2012

We've used them for over a year and in that time had 2 produce items that weren't up to par. Each time we've e-mailed them and they've credited us with now issues. We find that it's a better deal than the other Organic Food deliveries we've tried and are satisfied with them. 4 stars because they're website still needs work in terms of shopping functionality. more

Rotten Food delivery 4/29/2011

Not only did I receive expired chicken from Full Circle Farms, but they actually tried to justify it. No, FCF, it doesn't matter if you froze it by the use or freeze by date. I, as the customer, should actually receive it as fresh as possible, and certainly NOT EXPIRED by 5 DAYS!!!! Oh, that's your normal practice? Well, that's just plain gross. I'm so happy I didn't eat your expired chicken and undoubtedly get food poisoning. I can understand making a mistake, but justifying it? Thinking it's okay? No. Use them if you want bad customer service, rotting vegetables, expired meat and food posoning. more

Expired Chicken and they think it's okay 4/29/2011

Not at all what they seem 4/26/2011

We signed up for local, fresh produce. We received a box of stuff from New Zealand, Nevada, Mexico, and California. With a head of lettuce that was wilted. Exactly one local item from their farm. Here is what their website says about 'Where does our food come from?': "We grow over 300 different varieties of vegetables, fruits, and herbs right on one of Full Circle’s three farms." Not one mention of being a planetary wholesaler. Frankly, their advertising was a lie. We are up for supporting a CSA who actually sells food they grow or from other very local and smaller farmers. Full Circle has become big agribusiness for CSA's and I cannot support their big-business, cheating model. more

Organic produce 4/20/2006

I've tried many of the local produce delivery services and I really like Full Circle. Although their produce is not completely local, they have a good assortment and the fruit and veggies don't go bad as easily as other places. It's nice to be able to support a CSA too. We get tons of food in our medium size box every other week and I love the recipes. They are also very professional and make sure you're satisfied. more

Straight Off The Farm 3/24/2006

The CSA (community supported agriculture) program at Full Circle Farm (www.fullcirclefarm.org) has completely changed my diet. Each week a "small" box containing about a dozen types of produce is delivered to a drop spot in my neighborhood. It is usually more than my mostly vegetarian household of 2 can finish in a week. All of the produce is organic, and most of it is local. Full Circle buys produce from other organic farms to fill the number of items, so you never get a box of only beets. A weekly newsletter tells you which items are from FCF, grown in WA, or out-of state. It also gives recipes and updates on what's happening on the farm. One unique thing about this CSA is the online service that allows you to edit your box contents each week or make permanent exemptions of items you don't like. A new feature allows you to buy extra goodies like organic honey, artisan bread or shade grown coffee to be delivered with your box. The farm has several parties and tours throughout the year, so you can meet your farmer and really see where the food comes from. But unlike many CSA programs, you do not have to work on the farm. It's not cheap, but it's comparable to buying organic at the store, and so much more satisfying. more
