I had a tire inflation problem on Thursday evening at 6:30 pm and called Fred Haas Toyota (where I purchased the vehicle) to see if they would look at the problem. They said that the Service Dept. closed at 7:00 pm, but that they would be happy to check the tire for me since I was scheduled to leave early the next morning on a road trip. John James, my Service Advisor, was right on top of the problem when I finally arrived to the dealership before 7:00 pm. They kept Oscar in the Service Dept. overtime so that he could diagnose and fix the problem. They found a screw in the tire and replaced the tire at no cost to me since I have a tire service agreement for this vehicle. I am completely satisfied with Fred Haas Toyota and especially John James and Oscar for their immediate and professional response to my predicament. I will continue to take my vehicle to them for any future needs. more

I wasted a perfectly good Sunday with these people. They told me that my loan was approved, and to come in out Sunday. All I would have to do is ""sign the paperwork"". I get there on Sunday, and after waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby, the loan is NOT approved. Nothing but leis, smoke and mirrors. These people use the same tricks that you would expect from a sleezy car dealership. Don't be fooled or waste your with them, you time and money is better spent elsewhere. more

I wish to express how completely satisfied I am about the purchase of my Toyota Rav4. My daughter and I had driven 4 hours from Louisiana after seeing the vehicle online while searching for a new automobile. The Rav4 fits all my needs for work and family. I have traveled north and south of home throughout my home state and have been pleased with the handling and the ride. My granddaughter saw the car and exclaimed, ""Oh, Nana, you bought US a new car!"" Thank you for this pleasant car buying experience. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in 14 years. I cannot thank you and the team at your dealership enough for the wonderful experience we had at Fred Haas Toyota World. Everyone from Durrani to Herbie to Syed were nothing short of awesome. They made something I thought would be an impossible and difficult task a reality. Our chrysler Town * Cantry is absolutely perfect and has even more than we could have asked for. The team at the dealership made this experience probably one of the easiest and most pleasant we have ever had.
