I had a tire inflation problem on Thursday evening at 6:30 pm and called Fred Haas Toyota (where I purchased the vehicle) to see if they would look at the problem. They said that the Service Dept. closed at 7:00 pm, but that they would be happy to check the tire for me since I was scheduled to leave early the next morning on a road trip. John James, my Service Advisor, was right on top of the problem when I finally arrived to the dealership before 7:00 pm. They kept Oscar in the Service Dept. overtime so that he could diagnose and fix the problem. They found a screw in the tire and replaced the tire at no cost to me since I have a tire service agreement for this vehicle. I am completely satisfied with Fred Haas Toyota and especially John James and Oscar for their immediate and professional response to my predicament. I will continue to take my vehicle to them for any future needs.
