I want to thank Fred Haas Toyota for enabling me to purchase a 2006 Tundra on July 8th. Mike Jones and Stivens Castro found a financing structure that would work for me and the finacial institution. They have created a probable repeat customer for Fred Haas Toyota World. My overall experience with Fred Haas Toyota is positive. more

Such a relief 6/1/2011

I just wanted to let you know that we are very grateful with Mr. Ernie Avalos because thanks to him we decided to buy our first brand new car in Fred Haas Toyota World. After several visits to other dealerships and have been bad experience with some of them ( all of them Toyota delaerships), we finally took the decision to buy our car in Fred Haas just because you have people like Mr. Avalos. It was a great experience for us to get Mr. Ernie Avalos like our salesman. His professionalism and humanity was what we definitely took in consideration to travel from Nacogdoches to Fred Haas to buy our new car. more

I am purchasing my fourth car from one of your dealerships because even after looking at cars with other dealerships, I prefer to do a buisness with a dealership I trust. For the first phone call and email with Jamie Diaz, she was professional. I never felt an ounce of pressire, only a desire on her part to answer every question I had, along with providing customer service specific to my concerns. more

Appreciated attention 4/12/2011

I appreciated you attention and picking Pat to help me with my purchase. To be honest we were undecided on which truck we were going to buy after an hour and a half with Pat explaining features and benefits of the Sequioa our choice was confirmed. I;m a sales professional with over 35 years experience and I am put off by insincere sales pitches. Pat knows his product and infectiously believes in it. He has earned my hardiest recommendation to any that inquire about a truck. more

Last week at lunch I brought my daughters car to your body shop for repair to the front bumper and hood. Jeff Debner worked with us and was absolutely wonderful. They did a great job on the car, quickly, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. He is a true asset to your organization. more
