I recently purchased a 2012 Avalon and my salesman was Mr. Steve Soodie. Buying cars is usually an unpleasant experience for me. Mr. Soodie changed that for the purchase of this automobile with his method of dealing with me and I'm sure with other customers. Simply, it wasn't a pressured filled meeting to buy a car but his approach certainly kept one interested. He didn't dominate the conversation but pleasantly answered all of my questions. more

I want to let you know of the astounding service we received from your salesman Mauricio Coto. We came in a couple of Sundays ago based upon an ad that we saw about a vehicle that listed at $3000. That was our budget and it was all we had. Marurico greeted us the moment we walked onto the lot and immediately put us at ease. We had been to many other car lots where salesmen made it very clear to us that our budget was unrealistic and basically made us feel inadequate, didnt help or kept trying to get us to spend more money than we had. Maruricio on the other hand, made it clear to us, that yes, it was a small budget, but he would make a deal happen - it was the first time I felt like we might actually be able to get a car. Our first Sunday at your lot was unsuccessful, but Maruricio took down all our info and told us he would be in touch within about 3 to 4 days once he'd had some time to look into the new inventory. I trusted him completely and didn't even nother to look while I was waiting for his call - I got my call as promised. To make a long story short, I was able to increase my budget just a bit and Maruricio stood true to his promise and got us a great first car for our 16 year old daughter. You have one incredible fine gentleman working for you and we are truly grateful for all the hard work he did to obtain a vehicle for us. But, we are especially appreciative of the wonderful and respectful way he treated us even though we were a small sale. We will definitely come back and buy another car from Maruricio and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. more

My husband and I recently purchased a new Tacoma for Fred Hass Toyota World. The entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end, and thanks to the best car sales person ever, the buying of an automobile was the most pleasurable of all. Our salesperson, Genady Ilkinko, was the perfect person for the job. He was prompt getting us as we drove up. A big smile was there too He asked what we were looking for. We told him, and he promptly showed us what was in inventory. We made an offer, the dealership made a couner offer in record time. We countered the dealers offer and they came back very promptly with an acceptance. Genady had pulled of the shortish-time sales ever, and we were tickled with Genady's efforts. Thanks for people like Genady. more

On Thursday, June 28th, 2012, I contacted Fred Haas Toyota dealership after receiving a flyer indicating a that they could put me into a car. Before officially responding to the flyer, I call the dealership and spoke with Robert Hutching, who had arbitrarily answered the telephone. After explaining my situation to Mr. Hutching, he responded in a very reassuring tone that they could possibly get me into a car; and for sure would do his best. I indicated that I would meet him at the dealership the next day. This was extremely impressive because Mr. Hutching did not waste mines or his time looking at cars that I would not qualify to buy, but yet I got a chance to look at the best cars on the lot that my credit profile would allow me to purchase. We came upon the exact car that I had dreamed about for the past couple of years, which was a Toyota Avalon (2005). The car was in superb condition and had very low mileage. I cannot express how pleased I was with all the levels of service and the friendly and courteous treatment I received from everyone with the dealership. more

Jesse helped to make my service experience with my 2010 Venza recall very pleasant. He estimated anywhere between 2-3 hours for the replacement/ repair and surprisingly they completed my car in 45 minutes even on a busy Saturday morning. It helped that I did not have to pay anything for the recall service and the replaced stop lamp switch also fixed other intermittent break alert messages. The staff at your location are all very professional, and safety conscientious including the special caution I witnessed during a power outage that occurred while I was waiting for my car. I will come back whenever necessary to service my vehicle. more
