I regret buying a car here. The price was higher than others. I suggest don't buy the car here.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend Foothills Toyota 12/25/2016

I typically HATE car shopping and I was dreading even going to look at a dealership. I had done my research and prepared myself for "battle." However, I was astonished how easy and smooth everything went. We were greeted by a wonderful sales rep (Brett), who was compassionate and really listened to what I wanted. He was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything that I wasn't interested in. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and encourage people to ask for Brett! more

It would have been perfect if the carpet cleaning and car wash were done right. Carpet mat was muddy and the windshields were spotty. more

Front End Alignment and 5000 mile "inspection" 12/23/2016

Its been my experience that if you EVER ask a dealer to check the front alignment you better be prepared to pay for a front end alignment and you have NO way to ever know if you really needed an alignment. Just my thoughts on "front end aliments" in general. more

Everyone is welcoming and the work is done well and quickly. I was especially impressed when I popped in with the tire inflation light on and no appointment. They inflated my tires correctly and sent me on my way in half an hour at no cost. This widow is grateful. more

routine 12/22/2016

No one was at the service counter when I arrived for my appointment. Two mechanics looked like they might be coming back from lunch, passing through the station. They were talking with each other and didn't initially seem to notice me-- dealing with me is not their job. But as they opened the glass door to the bay, one turned around and asked me if I'd been helped. This kind of instinctive attention to the basics is so rare these days. Super great! more
