No one was at the service counter when I arrived for my appointment. Two mechanics looked like they might be coming back from lunch, passing through the station. They were talking with each other and didn't initially seem to notice me-- dealing with me is not their job. But as they opened the glass door to the bay, one turned around and asked me if I'd been helped. This kind of instinctive attention to the basics is so rare these days. Super great!
