The people at Foothills Toyota do a good job of explaining everything one needs to know. I do think, however, that there is room for improvement when a customer first arrives. I had to wait a long time to be helped. At other dealerships I've been to, when a customer drives up, somebody is out the door quickly to greet and find out what your needs are. Maybe Foothills Toyota is understaffed? Other than that, this is my go-to dealership.
