A pleasant experience 1/18/2017

We recently bought a RAV4 Hybrid. We found all the staff to be polite, cheerful, and helpful. We were treated with respect. The dealership was clean and neat throughout. Each person we dealt with gave us very good service. All in all, buying a car was relatively painless. more

We received outstanding service from Jon who went out of his way to make sure that he communicated with us during the repair and service of our Tundra. He took the time necessary to finish a job that was way more extensive than we initially thought. He explained the issues thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with. more

The bad news - I was told as soon as I arrived from Coupeville, WA that the online appointment I had made to execute a recall fix on my 2011 Rav4 was non-existent. You may want to clearly indicate somewhere on your website that the online appointments are for express lube, not for car repair or recall. Why I gave 4 stars rather than 5 However, the Good News was John Gilliland took good care of me and got my recall accomplished as quickly as possible. In addition, John said I could email him directly for future work! My hearing isn't good on the phone so I prefer email. John is a gentleman and I have already recommended your dealership to others on Whidbey Island. And finally - you have good coffee more

The two women that check you in to quick service area are friendly and efficient. I have never purchased a service contract before however during my most recent visit I purchased a 20,000 maintenance contract. more

$640 and no car wash? 1/14/2017

Bring your car in for a quick oil change and they ask every time if you want your car washed, but you spend $640 to have some chewed up wires replaced and nothing, not even a quick interior vacuum. Oh well at least the repairs were made. more
