Would I recommend this business to a friend? For me, this is a yes and no question. I never minded the waiting area until my last visit...a woman and her dog were in the waiting area and I watch her dog sitting and walking on the chairs...I use to bring my sister there with me and she couldn't figure out why she was having an allergic reaction - now I know why. I adore animals...I work in a pet store but I also believe they have a place and it's not in every store and business. My sister no longer comes with me and when I told her that the reason she had a reaction is because dogs are allowed in - she said, then they probably let people put their pets in the cars that they are test driving and she would never buy one now...I hope that's not true because I wouldn't want someone else's pet in my new car either. This is truly the only complaint I have about your business. The customer service people are wonderful..I bought my Toyota Highland brand new and I love it - our salesman was wonderful.
