The bad news - I was told as soon as I arrived from Coupeville, WA that the online appointment I had made to execute a recall fix on my 2011 Rav4 was non-existent. You may want to clearly indicate somewhere on your website that the online appointments are for express lube, not for car repair or recall. Why I gave 4 stars rather than 5
However, the Good News was John Gilliland took good care of me and got my recall accomplished as quickly as possible. In addition, John said I could email him directly for future work! My hearing isn't good on the phone so I prefer email. John is a gentleman and I have already recommended your dealership to others on Whidbey Island. And finally - you have good coffee
