We enjoyed working with Brett and Ben. Both were super nice, easy going and a pleasure to work with. The financing part with Jeff, was the easiest I've experienced with all the cars I've purchased over the years. Jeff secured an interest rate that was lower than originally quoted. We really appreciated that as well. We expressed concern about the age of the battery on the used car and the service group replaced the battery with a new one - a few days after our transaction was completed. They exhibited excellent customer service and good business practice with the replacement. And we love the new (used) 2012 RAV4! Thanks Foothills Toyota! You guys nailed this one!
