I regret buying a car here. The price was higher than others. I suggest don't buy the car here.

Have done business with them for years and have received excellent service 8/10/2016

Bought 4 vehicles over the last 11 years and had service done there for quite a few years prior to the first purchase on another older Toyota I had. Made a big mistake buying a Ford Ranger in 2002 at a local Ford dealer. I had service done at other dealerships out of state while traveling and had poor experiences at a couple in regards to obvious attempts to upsell unnecessary work in addition to scheduled maintenance. more

There's not really much glamor in an oil change. But an oil change at Foothills Toyota is about as good as it can get. The lounge is more than comfortable, it's beautifully decorated. An assortment of beverages are available, as is WiFi. It's a pleasant place to wait for a boring chore, an oil change. more

Excellent salesperson - Ed Mayfield 8/6/2016

We were in a hurry to buy a new Toyota because the 0 % financing offer was ending in just a few weeks. When we entered the Foothills Toyota showroom we were greeted by Ed Mayfield. Why can't they be as good as Brooke 8/5/2016

We had an easy time scheduling the service and were met by Brooke. She asked if we wanted the vehicle washed and vacuumed and we said yes. When we went to get into it after service I saw a lot of stuff still on the floor. Brought Brooke out to look at it and she agreed that it was not vacuumed properly. She said she would take care of it and I discovered she ended up doing it herself. more

From greeting to send-off, the team was courteous and efficient. My car was in for scheduled maintenance, and they finished ahead of the projected time. I appreciate an experience, like this, that exceeds my expectations! My only (small) complaint--get rid of that low, uncomfortable leather couch in the waiting room!! more
