Great Experience with Zachary at Foothills Toyota!!!!!! He spent months helping me connect with the right vehicle. We talked on the phone many times going over what had come in that I might want to see. He took great care in showing me exactly what I was looking for. I was so sure that I wanted a Subaru and that was what he showed me for months. Then by chance, we looked at a 2016 RAV4 one day and I fell in love with it. It was out of my price point but they made it work for me. It is the first vehicle I ever bought all by myself and they were so helpful to acquaint me with the process of buying a vehicle and what I needed to know about the features of every vehicle. I would NOT recommend buying from this business. My partner and I signed off on a truck a week ago and thought it was all a done deal. We were even told they would work to try to get us a LOWER rate than what we signed. I didn't hold my breath for that but I was livid when I got the call today that the rate would actually be DOUBLE what we had already signed. Needless to say we returned the truck and got our trade in back. This was a horrible experience and makes me sick to think of how many others have had this happen to them. Buyers beware!! more
