What I really liked about the guys over at Flooring Discount Center is that they made it really easy to choose which flooring it was that I wanted. They made things easy in general, because once I had selected the flooring that I wanted, they were able to schedule me in really quickly. The installers showed up right on time and they got right to work which was fantastic. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. They moved all of my heavy furniture for me and took out all of the old carpets and reinstalled new carpets and got my furniture back to where I wanted it. It's only been five days since we had our carpet installed by Flooring Discount Center and we're not very happy with how it turned out. The carpet smells like oil and the smell is so strong that it made me sick. We've had to keep our windows opened for five days to let the smell out and luckily they only installed carpets in one room and not the whole house. Another thing that happened was the owner and sales person messed up our order through poor communication. There was missing paperwork and someone at the store didn't think that we put a down payment on the carpet, so she didn't order it even though we did order it from the owner of the store. After about ten days of waiting, we finally called them to see how things were going and they corrected the problem and ordered the carpet. This delayed our installation but after everything was ordered, things went a lot smoother. The people at Flooring Discount Center are very nice, but the process was a little disorganized and the smell of the carpet was very surprising. We're hoping the smell goes away soon, otherwise we'll have to call them. We recently had some new carpeting put in for us by the folks over at Flooring Discount Center. From the very beginning we were treated very well, and the people who helped us did a wonderful job. They showed us all these different grades of carpeting and padding and discussed our options with us in order to find the best fit for us and our home. When we decided on which carpet we wanted they were quick to send someone out to measure and then the day after that the installers were there to put in our fabulous new carpet. The installers were very pleasant and they worked so quickly and efficiently they were done almost before we realized that they had started. Our carpet looks amazing and we could not be happier with how it all turned out! more

The people over at Flooring Discount Center are just very easy to deal with. I was in the market to get some new flooring put in that would match some existing flooring I had in another room. I ended up picking these guys because not only did they have the product that I wanted, they also had the lowest price! There was no shipping or extra costs necessary with these guys which was just great and now my floors match which is super cool. From start to finish these guys have just made this whole process a breeze for me and I know they can do the same for you too! more

Up to this point Flooring Discount Center has been excellent. They've been very professional and helpful and excellent. The installation part of the work starts next week so that part has not happened yet but I'm sure they'll come through. So far, they've been on time, they've been good with their estimate and they have always follow through with what they say they are going to do. They've been excellent to this point. more

We went with Flooring Discount Center to install flooring throughout our entire house and it was a nightmare due to their lack of communication. Ethan came to our house and he forgot a lot of things so the installation was delayed. He should have taken notes and shouldn't have made promises he couldn't keep. They took down one of our doors in preparation for the installation and never put it back. Ethan told me he would take care of it and never did, so I ended up putting the door back myself after they left. The reason for the delay was they measured the steps wrong and when the flooring came, parts of the flooring was broken. We had to wait one more week for the new flooring to come and when it did come, nobody from the store communicated to us thatit had come so we had to call them and ask when they would come back to install the flooring. One thing that really ticked my wife off was that they said we could save $1100 by taking out our own floorboards and carpet padding and alluded that they would install the floorboards for us, but when it came time for them to do that, they backtracked and said that they never said that. We asked them why they would allude to that and make us go through all of those steps and they said we must have misunderstood them. This would be another example of their poor communication, which is really important to me when I'm dealing with a business or doing a project with someone. I would expect them to be more professional and upfront, but there was a lot that upset us and a lot that could have been avoided if they would have been clearer about what they were going to do. Fortunately the flooring turned out great. There are a few issues that still need to be worked out which I will have someone else come do, but our floor looks nice. Our neighbor came over and loved our flooring and asked who installed it, but I wouldn't even tell them because I really don't want them to go through the headache that we went through with Flooring Discount Center. RESPONSE FROM Flooring Discount Center: Your correct, Ethan did make a mistake measuring your steps. Sometimes people make mistakes, even Businesses, its not something that happens often. I would like to say our Installers did not remove the doors, it was the painter, he did however, put the the doors back up that he was able to find the Brackets for. Yes the moldings got broke during the shipping so I did not accept them. It took a few days to receive the new ones and the same day Ethan did call to let you know. You received a discount of $1080 for tearing out the old flooring and R&R base. I apologize if you were not happy with the whole process. I am happy your floors turned out Great in the end. more

We went to Flooring Discount Center to get new vinyl flooring for our kitchen. Their selection was really impressive and the person who helped us select the flooring was very helpful and gave us great suggestions. Based on his advice, we chose a high quality vinyl sample and made the appointment for the installation. The person who came to install the kitchen floor did a wonderful job. He finished in one day and we were able to enjoy our new kitchen floor that night. It really makes our kitchen pop and we're happy we invested the time to get a new vinyl floor for our house. We would refer Flooring Discount Center to anyone, their quality and service is the best! more
