I have been a customer of Flooring Discount Center for about a year and a half. Ethan usually works with me, and he is very helpful. I would describe him as a terrific and accommodating person. The quality of their flooring is excellent and so far I have had a great experience with them. more

Super professional and efficient service 9/19/2014

I had a very good experience with Flooring Discount Center. They showed me what products suited my needs and how soon I could receive them. I hired them to install a new carpet in a bedroom and the installers went above and beyond. They replaced a rotten plywood floor with a beautiful new carpet in a process that was pretty tricky. This was my first time using them and I thought they were very personable and accommodating. more

Highly recommended 9/18/2014

I have hired the Flooring Discount Center for both personal and professional purposes, and they have done a great job every time. They have installed carpet in my home and in several rooms of a hotel that I work for. I usually deal with Ethan when I purchase new carpet, and he is a really helpful and personable man. If I ever have any complaints or issues, he will happily come back to make things right. Great service all around. more

I have dealt with the Flooring Discount Center on two occasions now, and I think that they do a really good job with their customers. They were recommended to me by a real estate agent as a great place to get flooring with good service and at a reasonable price. They were helpful with selecting the right flooring, and they were good about getting the order in as quickly as possible. The installer that came was prompt and competent with his work and the finished product looks great. I was pleased with the experience overall and I recommend this company's service. more

Always happy when I get great service! 8/14/2014

I am very happy with the great service from Flooring Discount Center. I had wanted some tile work done for a long time, but other companies had told me it couldn't be done because it wouldn't work with the existing tile. Flooring Discount, however, ensured me that they could do it. I ordered the pieces and they arrived right on the specified date. The installer was on time and he did a quality job. They were able to float the new flooring over the existing tile and I am very happy with how it turned out. It was a great experience. more

I purchased luxury vinyl tiles from Flooring Discount Center. The installer was not just a wonderful kid, but also responsible, on time and clean! The family was wonderful to work with. They were informative, and did everything they said they'd do. My experience with them was really lovely. I'm so glad they were recommended to me! more

It's hard for me to rate the value from Flooring Discount Center because I didn't do any comparison shopping, but my overall experience with them was excellent. They had a lot of product to look over, and I liked their promptness in getting the job done. They installed carpeting and linoleum in our home. I appreciated the completeness and thoroughness of the job. more

We used Flooring Discount Center for the first time, and when we went into the store we had a ton of questions. They really took their time with us, and they answered all of our questions. They helped us shop on a budget. The people sent out to do the installation did a really high quality job. We were out of town for the installation when we came home we agreed they had done a beautiful job. We were prepared to find flaws and to call them up. But there were no flaws. It's gorgeous. We are really happy and have nothing to complain about We will definitely use them again in the future. more

I've probably purchased over 20,000 square feet of hardwood flooring from Flooring Discount Center in the last five or six years. They're always great, easy to deal with and get stuff done, and I think he's been getting some to expand into trim work as well. They store things when I don't need them and they're very builder-friendly. more

Flooring Discount Center was very knowledgeable about their whole product line, from the linoleum to the vinyl to the hardwood. They were right in the ball park as far as pricing. They matched any price I came up with, and I was very happy with that. Because they were very professional, I would recommend them highly! more

Absolutely outstanding! 5/20/2014

We're delighted with Flooring Discount Center! They installed flooring for us, and we're having them come back and install carpet next week. So far everything's been great! The owner, Ethan, is a complete gentleman, and he answered all my questions before I even asked them. They had everything we needed as far as samples, so my wife and I selected the floor we wanted. We ordered it, and it was here within a week. They sent a young man over to install it. I was wondering, how could they just send one person, but he did a beautiful job in just six hours! I was tickled to death, he did such an excellent job! I would recommend them anybody! They were priced just right, and we've been really happy with them. Their workmanship is excellent! more

Superb. 10/23/2012

We had hardwood put into the living room, a new cork floor in the kitchen, and some baseboards put down as well. The product is superior. We really like the quality of the product. The installer from Flooring Discount Center was helpful in ordering and helping us learn about materials available. It was just superb. We're tickled to death. We have two large dogs, and the installer was easy on the dogs, comfortable to be around, and trustworthy. I would recommend them to all my friends. more

Very happy with the floor. 10/12/2012

Ethan is a great guy, he does what he says he's going to do. Everything was handled long distance. I was living in another city in Southern California, and I had come up here and met with Ethan on a visit. From that point on everything was handled over the phone. Of course I was a little apprehensive, but when I got here and saw the floors they were gorgeous. It turned out just like I wanted. more

Good job on our carpet. 10/5/2012

We had carpeting installed in our home from Flooring Discount Center. Everything was good. The only problem we had was it was hard to get samples from the manufacturer through the discount center, it took quite some time. I recommend them. The installers were superb, they really worked hard. more
