Everything with Flooring Discount Center has been excellent so far. He came out immediately and did the measuring. The carpet won't be laid for another week and a half due to my schedule, for which they have been very accommodating even when we had a change of date. The people next door were extremely pleased with Flooring Discount Center and recommended them to us and we're really happy they did. more

Flooring Discount Center removed our carpet and put in new laminate flooring and baseboards. They did a great job with it! Their customer service was very good, as was the quality of the workmanship and products. The installers were very good and we were pleased with the end result. It wasn't their fault, but they were short 2 or three inches and it was over a holiday, so it took a little bit of extra time to complete the project. That's the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars overall. But I love the quality of the floors and I'm happy! more

We’ve been going to Flooring Discount Center even before they moved to their current location. In fact, we were some of the customers who encouraged them to move to a larger store. So, we’ve been customer of theirs for years. Our experience used to be absolutely wonderful. However, this last experience was horrible and don’t think I would go back. We have a piece of carpeting in our vacation rental that had become frayed, which is not their fault. My husband went to the store to explain the problem and thought he had gotten an appointment to repair it. They were supposed to come on a given day and they never showed up. My husband went back to the store, and the woman at the counter was very nonchalant and denied he had made an appointment. Since it is a vacation rental home, we needed the service on a Friday morning. She called back saying the appointment had to be switched in the afternoon, but this didn’t work because we had people coming over at that time. So, I called to cancel the appointment and the woman didn’t seem to care one way or another. This was a horrible inconvenience, and I didn’t like her attitude. Their service used to be excellent. We’ve been customers for several years and have bought a lot of things. Their products are the same quality, I bet. But, this last experience it was surely not the same; they sure don’t seem to care. more

They're really good at making room for me and ensuring that the carpet gets delivered and installed at the right time. They simply do a great job throughout the carpeting process. They helped me pick up a very good product and am extremely happy with the laminate flooring and the ceramic floor for my kitchen and bath. They were very cordial when we walked into the shop, and they helped us find what we needed. We were redoing the bedroom, which had carpet in it, and we were having the wood put in it that we have in the rest of the house. He found something very similar -- you couldn't tell the difference. And we'd been getting a lot of quotes on the project, but theirs was by far the lowest. The day we went to the shop, the gentleman who does the measuring was going to be over this way, so he came right over and measured and then he wrote up the quote. The guys who did the installation were wonderful. They were very courteous, and they did a great job. I was very happy with how it turned out. more
