Toxic Mold Remediation 9/29/2010

The intricate and painstaking work that you and your fine team did cleaning out all that nasty toxic mold and debris was truly amazing ! I am indeed grateful, and impressed, by your thoughtfulness and attention to detail in the demolition, removal, cleaning and sanitizing process of my downstairs rooms. Everything was always so clean each time each time you left. It also feels good to know that the air inside my home is cleaner than it's ever been before. July 2010 Flood storage Facility 9/27/2010

In July, 2010 a flood occurred at one of our storage facilities Flood Specialists began work the next day and did not stop until all work was complete... The people employed by Flood Specialists were hard working, courteous and so helpful... The end results were astounding and I highly recommend Flood Specialists. more

4th of July Nightmare At The End a Dream Come True 9/15/2010

""Just before 4th of July, 2 months ago, I entertained my church group at a luncheon. They left around 1:00 PM. I left the living room and went into the family room. About 2:15 PM, the smoke alarm sounded. Black smoke hung in the air in the living room. I had left a votive candle lit on the mantle. It burned into the wood, then caught the artificial greenery on fire. The smoke filtered all through the house. I called Flood Specialists and Mario came right away and started the ball rolling in starting the clean up. He and his crew were so efficient and helpful. Mario made sure every part of the clean up was to my satisfaction. This is when you need someone you can trust. I can never thank Mario enough for his expertise and efficiency."" more

Great Service Job Well Done !!! 9/13/2010

What great service i received from the Flood Specialists. Our business had a fire sprinkler failure and we had a real emergency on our hands. Flood Specialists was out yo our business right away to begin the cleanup process. Mario was very professional and had all the right equipment to resolve the water damage we had . I have kept his card and the company information for the future reference, so that if i should ever help again, I will definitely be using your services. Great job and thank you!! more

Shed Fire 4/26/2010

My son recently caused a small fire to erupt in my new shed. The resulting damage was bad and since this shed was new I wanted to restore it. I heard this company restores fire damage so I gave them a call. They came over the next day and assessed the damage and what they could do to fix it. I agreed to use them and now I am very happy with that decision. Thank you Flood Specialists! more

Outstanding Service 4/21/2010

Our house had 26 inches of water in the basement, with furniture floating. Flood Specialists showed up within 45 min and saved the day. They moved and documented all damaged items with photos for insurance. Our insurance adjuster had worked with this company before and was very satisfied with their work! ***I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLOOD SPECIALISTS *** more

Best SERVICE Around 4/15/2010

I had some mold in my bathroom and it had spread into my walls. I knew this was a problem because I did some research online and it said health problems do come up if it remains in there. I called some of the big name company's you see commercials on TV for. Long story short they wanted $5600 for the whole job. I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but over 5k for this job seemed like a big joke. I did some searches and found Flood Specialists. They came and gave me an estimate and explained why I had this problem and how it could be fixed. They came to my house and gave me all the information I needed. The vibe I got was not comparable with any business man I've ever been in contact with. Bottom line SAVED $800. BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL WORK!!!! more

Really Good 4/9/2010

These guys were really good. I had a serious flood due to a sump pump back-up and they came out and stayed until it was completely cleaned up. They followed up numerous times checking humidity levels etc... And worked directly with our insurance company. They are headache savers would recommend them to everybody... Great job guys!! more

Highly recommended company. I had mold and water damage in my bathroom, and they were able to handle both issues in the same visit, which was very cost effective. They did mold removal and remediation and water damage restoration. They were very nice about it, too. I'm so glad that I chose them because they did a fabulous job more

Chicago best water damage service !!! 3/31/2010

We needed an emergency clean up in our basement that had 10 inches of water and Flood Specialists arrived within 2 hours and they were professionally uniformed and answered all of my questions and what a comfort they were! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends....Thanks again more

Very fast and thorough job at a great price 3/26/2010

These guys should get an award for being the fastest cleaning crew on the planet. What looked like a 2 or 3 day job was done in a long day minimizing further damage to other areas. And what was most amazing was they didn't miss a thing. Thank you guys for doing such a great job on my basement! Oh, the odor is gone too! more

Just a quick compliment on the quality service and great customer care that your company had shown when drying my hardwood floors and saving them from water damage.
