First Class Autobody

My experience with First Class Auto Body in Scottsdale AZ was outstanding. I needed to have the regulator for my rear passenger window of my Chrysler Sebring Convertable replaced. I was quoted over $700.00 by the dealer. First Class bent over backwards to find me the part for half the cost. Their customer service is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of repair or any kind body work. I am one very happy top down driver. more

If you are one of the unfortunate who been in an accident or need body work done, you should consider this place. The moment I walked into the area where cars were being assembled, disassembled and painted. I felt like I was in a hospital for automobiles. A guy named David greeted me and asked if he could help me. I told him I had some rain damage done to my car; I also noticed all the cars with similar damage. I asked how the dent removal was performed. He immediately introduced me to a dent removal specialist; he showed me the delicate process of removing dents without further damaging the paint. I filled out the paper work and handed my car over. I turned it in on a Monday and by Tuesday mid afternoon my car was done. I can?t recall when my car looked this good. Not only did David and his crew remove the hail dents, they also mixed some paint and fixed a few chips that were not part of the work order. His guy?s basically detailed my car inside and out. I was overwhelmed with the care these guys took; I felt they had a sense of pride in their work. more

This was the second repair done by First Class Autobody. David Lindgren has always been extremely reliable in my dealings with this company. The repairs were completed on time and at the agreed upon price. There have never been any ""surprises"" with First Class. I have recently referred their service to 2 friends for hail damage repair. everything was convenient when dealing with First Class including close location of rental car company. I was more then pleased with the quality work and price that I recieved. Wally at the front desk was great and helped me get the best price on my Honda's damaged front end.
