Fiori Spa

This is our favorite place to getaway after a long week at work. The facilities are reminiscent of a first class spa resort at the Park Hyatt, not just a few massage treatment rooms behind a hair salon. This is foremost a place to relax. You really are transported to the Italian countryside. You almost forget you are a few blocks from the Galleria. Bathroom facilities are first rate. My only complaint is no vichy shower. My wife and I have paid the $25 daily fee just to relax for a few hours at the outdoor courtyard pool and grotto pool in the basement (yes, they actually managed to put something in a basement in Houston). Massages are very good. My wife did not like her manicure there though the one time she had it done. Its a truly hidden gem and great romantic getaway. more

We came here for a bachelorette party. The staff was very helpful. They were very nice to us despite the fact that we made many changes to our reservations and cancelled some appointments the day before. They were always courteous and polite and willing to help in any way. The place was clean and gorgeous. My pedicure was amazing and all of the staff was very nice. My friends and I were so impressed that we All agreed to come back again. The bachelorette had a great day and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Fiori. more

Two friends and I spent a fabulous Saturday at Fiori. Everyone was very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our visit was relaxing. Everyone from the front desk staff to the spa attendants to the service providers was constantly "checking in" to make sure that we wanted for nothing. I highly recommend Fiori and cannot wait to get back to enjoy another day in paradise! more

I came in the week of my birthday and had a great facial followed by lunch. When I went to check out the front desk gave me a gold box with a personalized message and product samples inside. Not to mention I received 15% off of my facial for my birthday! I was very pleased. I will be returning in the future. more

I used to LOVE this spa. It is REALLY beautiful inside and you do feel like you aren't in the middle of trafficky, noisy, rushing Houston when you enter the gates. ****HOWEVER**** I would say RUN AWAY from choosing this place for spa services! The robe provided for me was damp and cold. The water provided to make hot tea was cold. The relaxation room to sit in before and after your treatment was cold. Instead of having my massage in a room made for one person, it was in a room for a couple's massage with an odd amount of brightish lights on, and the room, table, and sheets were cold. I'm typically very warm wherever I go, so this was so odd! After a massage that was just "Eh," I headed down to get a "Fiori Pedicure." There was no relaxing foot or calf massage, and if the masque happened, I missed it! The technician seemed to be making up what she was putting on as she went along. In addition to this, she told me that I was overpaying to have the service done there, and she worked at a cheaper salon, and I should go there instead. She also made several overtly racist comments about Vietnamese people - not cool at all! The tubs for the pedicure chairs are falling apart and completely ghetto-looking with exposed screws and plywood breaking open from them. If you are looking for top notch or even medium notch, this is not the place you want to go. The chatty pedicurist mentioned that the spa had a fire the day before my service, maybe this accounts for the big, bad, and ugly! more

I went here for a pedicure with my Mom and her best friend for my Mom's milestone birthday (we won't say which one, LOL). We were immediatley escorted to the ladies' locker room where we changed into robes and shower shoes. The locker room is amazing - exactly how I picture my "dream home" master bath to look. The staff is super nice but not pretentious like I had expected them to be. They never tried to up-sell or get more money out of us, which was nice and very appreciated. The massage chairs at the pedicure stations are like nothing I've ever seen before. They not only massage your back with a nice pressure, they also grab your shoulders, arms, and legs occasionally using pressure to give you a great massage! The pedicures were extremely relaxing and we all enjoyed visiting with each other as well as our nail techs, as they were very friendly. After our pedicures were complete we were given a tour of the spa while while waiting for our nails to dry. The facility is amazing and I can't wait to go back! more

Absolutely fabulous couples retreat! The atmosphere is very romantic. The amenities are outstanding. The services were impeccable. Even the food was great. Felt like we were in Venice for a day. A couple of extra hours in the VIP suite at the end of the day was an excellent idea also ! more

It has been over a year since I have visited Fiori Spa. I called today to make an appointment and spoke with a young lady named Debra. She was very helpful and very polite with me on the phone. I was very glad to receive friendly help! more

My ex told me about this spa tucked away that was great with massages. She recommended Teodora. So, I decided to check it out after I confirmed how great of a place it was on citysearch. As soon as I walked through the door, the girl with brown hair at the front desk was all over me. I believe her name was Karisa. She made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time. She escorted me to the locker room where she continued to hang all over me. Not to mention she was very loud for it being a spa experience. Once I changed, I was taken upstais by the other front desk girl who had red hair. She apologized to me for the other girls volume level. So after my massage, which I have to say was amazing, karisa was waiting for me. I had to rush downstairs and change to leave because I couldnt get away from this girl. I really loved the spa and Teodora but will probably never return because the front desk was very clingy and unprofessional. Not to mention, I dont want to have to worry about some girl all over me the whole time. more

I worked with the manager Debra to have my girlfriend and 2 of her friends come in for a spa day. They arranged to have all 3 of them have their massage in the same room which was great! I had brought in a huge flower arrangement to have displayed in their private room as well and it turned out perfectly. I'm kind of a control freak and she kept assuring me that everything would be taken care of. Debra even went to my girlfriend's favorite restaurant to order and pick up my girlfriend's favorite dish. My girlfriend and her friends had a great time and had a lot of good things to say about their day. more

My friends treated me to a spa day at Fiori for my birthday. Everything was perfect!! My massage and facial were so relaxing. Just what I needed. We had a delicious lunch there, and the girls at the front desk gave me a goody bag for my birthday. They truly made me feel so special on my birthday. I can't wait to go back!!!! more

I came in with my friend that lives in Houston while I was visiting her and she surprised me with a facial. The staff was friendly and showed me around since it was my first time. It was my first time having a facial and it was awesome! All of the products smelled so good! We pretty much spent the whole day after that in the underground pool and in the steam room. The only bad thing was that it rained and we weren't able to sit by the outdoor pool. I would LOVE to go back next time I visit Houston!!! I booked a day at the spa for myself with a group of 5 friends for my birthday after my friend had already been to Fiori. They made the entire process easy & were very helpful with suggestions. We came in on a Saturday & they gave us complimentary frozen grapes by the pool (which I thought was very neat!) & the wait staff was attentive giving us cold towels. Overall the experience was really nice & everyone was very friendly. My friends definitely loved the fact that my birthday was spent at at spa! I will come back because it was such a lovely time. I have to agree with the previous review. This place is going down the drain. It is a shame because this is a beautiful spa. I've been a loyal customer and everyone makes mistakes from time to time, however it's just to the point where I don't want to waste any more of my money here. When a paying customer walks in the door, we should be greeted with a smile and basically have the red carpet rolled out for us, but that is not the case here anymore. You're lucky if they even put the phone down. After reading some of the reviews, I see that I am not the only person who has had issues with getting their attention off of their phones. Cowgirl101, you must be a friend of someone employed there cause I can assure you there isn't five star service here anymore. This place is very unorganized and has become very disappointing. I have gone to Fiori for years, but lately the place has really gone down hill. The past few times I have been in for services I have left very dissatisfied. I was debating on writing a review or not, but after I looked at some of the city search reviews below, I had to write something. I can agree with some of the previous posts when it comes to rude and disorganized front desk. I was in with a party a couple weeks ago and the spa manger was literally so rude, it blew my mind, I am not use to Fiori being that way. All my group did was ask for towels, and we received a sour face and snotty attitude. Since new management has started I have not once been completely satisfied, and I question does the owner even know about the downhill spiral? The girls at the front are constantly on their phones, and the bathroom was a horrible mess. I come to believe that the owner will deal with some of these issues, because I know that a good business is ran by a solid foundation, not a cracked one. This establishment has many cracks and the cracks are the poor customer service, unprofessional demeanor, and unorganized management. I can't even begin to tell you about our lunch disaster and party planning that was not even correct and it was even confirmed. Very unpleased. Cons: bad attitude, not organized more

I have been a loyal client at Fiori spa for a couple years now and have never been treated with anything but 5 star service! The facility is absolutely beautiful and they have the nicest people working for them (including both of the managers). I have made it my personal goal to try every service they have to offer and so far Fiori has provided excellent service on everyone I have tried! I couldn't disagree more with them comment below mine. Maybe you caught them on a bad day, but I like I said I have been going there for years and I have never seen them have one. I think no matter how well a spa does sometimes the attitude of the customer can make or break the experience! I recommend this place to everyone! They definitely won my loyalty! I received a gift certificate from a friend of mine and was really excited to check this place out, after I took a look at the beautiful website. When I called to book an appointment I was super excited and was greeted by a raspy girl voice on the phone. While she was saying her introduction I could hear people talking behind her and felt very rushed. I booked my appointment anyways, still with hopes of good services and thought maybe I just caught someone off guard, but aren't they suppose to be efficient with booking appointments..right? I settled down and thought this has to be incorrect according to a few reviews I have seen.. Well later that week my spa day had approached and I headed to Fiori with a day of relaxation in mind. The outside was quite pretty, until I walked up and saw a table full of merchandise piled- laying on the ground...did I just make a bad mistake? I Entered the spa and a blonde girl early 20's was talking with a red headed girl as I walked up to the counter. The blonde girl put down her makeup compact and was like Hello, welcome to Fiori can I help you? I was like, Yes I'm here for an appointment and she said to me sign in, and went back to grab her iphone..?? I was totally thrown off guard I have never been here and I was greeted so unprofessionally. The blonde along with her iphone walked me back to the ladies locker room gave me some shoes, a locker, and left.... nothing else was said, I was in shock, what am I doing here??? Where is the customer service??? I walked out and both girls were at the desk talking and laughing, while I was once again ignored and not shown where to go. When I expressed my feelings, the blonde girl, which I came to find out was the Spa Manager, looked like no spa manager at all with her short sun dress, bad attitude, and the lack of customer service. I was beyond upset and wanted to leave. A nice young girl came over and asked me if I needed help and showed me upstairs..the services were okay, nothing to write home about, but the front desk ruined my whole experience. I am very appalled and will never come back. Sadly my gift became a disaster!! Cons: Rude front desk, unorganized, bad customer service. more

My friend picked your place off the internet for us to spend a relaxing afternoon. I have to say that I have never had a massage before but Candace was fantastic. I enjoyed the experience so much that I have already scheduled another appointment with her. I was a little concerned about some of the comments I read online about guest not being told where to go to wait for their therapist and then the massage being cut short. This was not my experience. I received several emails prior to the day of my appointment clearly stating that I needed to arrive 20 minutes earlier. We were shown around. Told to come out to the desk after we changed and then taken up to the relaxation room to wait for the therapists to come and get us. Everything went smoothly. I also had a mini manicure which was acceptable. Overall it was a fantastic afternoon. Pros: Beautiful place, great staff, amazing! Cons: absolutely nothing more
