They did very good job! 9/27/2013

I took my car to FCC per Esurance's suggestion this Monday. Both Sheldon and Danny took care of the process, and they did reasonable estimation. They took picture every day and sent it to me so that I know the overall progress -- this is so cool! I went to pick up my car today, my rear bumper has been replaced and looks perfect. Also, they even vacuumed and washed my car! I would highly recommend this body shop, they did very good job! more

Super nice and helpful 9/9/2013

I had to take my car into a shop to get fixed after getting rear ended. I'm new to the area and wasn't sure where to go and my insurance company suggested FCC Collision. I'm glad they did as they were super nice and helpful with what could have been an incredibly stressful situation. They helped make things a little easier =) more

Amazing job 8/23/2013

Danny Chao did an amazing job in dealing with other person's insurance company and getting my car fixed. He kept me informed throughout the process. They did a good work as well with the repairs and replacement. I would definitely recommend them for any auto repairs. more

My vehicle was serviced for autobody repair. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I can tell they have had many years of experience dealing with the customers the right way. My vehicle was repaired and ready to go on the estimated day given. I was very impressed with the paint texture and match - Office staff made me feel very comfortable. good job 2/8/2013

Everything was fine with my experience at FCC Collision Centers. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I thought that the service overall was very good. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, when I did go to pick up my car, the technician had forgotten to replace a piece of the car on the bumper. They had to keep my car for another day to fix it. They offered to pay for the gas for my rental since I had to keep it another day. They did fix it and everything turned out really good. I would use them again. more
