If you have to have any bodywork done, I highly recommend FCC Collision Centers. They worked with me to get the best price & did everything they said they would do, in a very reasonable time. Would send other folks to them because I trust their business. Thank You. more

Quick 11/20/2013

FCC in Sunnyvale was always quick to communicate what was going on as work progressed and never failed to let me know how things were going with the adjuster and with getting parts. I really appreciated feeling like the car was in good hands and their efforts in making me comfortable as work progressed. It also didn't hurt that the office staff was warm and friendly and willing to take the time to thoroughly answer every question I had. Though I hope I never have to, this is a shop I'd go back to. more

I just picked up my newly undented car. I am very pleased with the outcome. Danny Chao was my estimator and was very efficient. He called about something’s that had been found when the bumper was removed and was very clear on what needed to be done. The work was completed when promised. If ( I hope not) I need this kind of work again I know I will return here. more

I can always depend on FCC 11/1/2013

FCC & Danny has done it again my Nissan Armada was in another collision Dec. 24th. I had such a hard time with the other parties insurance but FCC & Danny was there for me once again and made my nightmare go away. Stress and worry free with all the costly repairs needed to get done. Danny worked very hard to get that insurance company to pay for all the damages caused. I am amazed with the wonderful work FCC does it feels and looks it's like it never happened. Knock on wood I don't have another collision in the future I know I can always depend on FCC for the repairs. more

High quality service 10/25/2013

I was sandwiched between two cars in a parking lot and had damage to both the front and back of my brand new vehicle. Being relatively new to the area, I was unsure of what body shop to go to but was recommended by Hopkins Honda to go to FCC Collision Center in Sunnyvale. I could not have imagined how effortless, quick, and high quality the service was. From the moment I walked in the door their staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Danny Chao was the estimator who oversaw my repair work and was so thorough and honest about each step of the process and made sure that I was kept up to date as my repair progressed. He took care of all the coordination with my insurance company, and had my car completely fixed within a week since I was running on a tight timeline. What's more, my car was returned to me polished and immaculately clean, over and above my expectations.
