FAST and well done 6/20/2011

The truck showed up at exactly 9 AM as scheduled. The plumber was professional. He explained everything that he was going to do. The tank was installed in 90 minutes. The price was the estimated price with no surprises. Everything was reviewed at the end. The cleanup was perfect. A perfect experience more

Fast Water Heater 5/25/2011

I woke up early one a.m. to find our hot water tank leaking. When I told my wife I knew I had to get a new one fast because she was already complaining about not getting her hot bath. After calling several places I was impressed with Fast Water Heaters price and their rebate on a 15 yr. warranty tank. Joe the installer arrived promptly on time and answered all my questions before the quick and clean installation. Thanks FWH as my wife was too impressed on got her hot bath FAST! more

The extra mile 5/18/2011

Nathan from Fast Water Heater Company came out and explained, in detail, what needed to be done to do the job properly. Now this turned out to be a difficult install due to the water heater compartment being elevated 2 and a half feet (Mobile home). Due to scheduling and unforseen circumstances, he had to stay after dark, working OUTDOORS to get us hot water. He also had to make a 2nd trip to finish up but called in between visits to check in, and keep us informed of scheduling. Now we are all up to code, GREAT looking install to boot. I did not realize Home Depot offered this service. Lilly on the phone was most accommodating, pleasant and most of all helpful! She had a tech. out that next morning who was not only early, but very polite, knowledge and patient explaining the process. Highly recommend this service! :-) more

Fast Water Heater Purchase, delivery & Installation 4/16/2011

Ken G. From Fast yesterday I purchased a new water heater, delivery & installation. Cost wise Fast out did other local Heating outfits. Scheduling delivery was quick. Plumber was very professional and did a first class job. Plus, I used my Home Depot card and got 0 % APR financing!. more

Great job 4/4/2011

Overall experience with installation of new water heater was exceptional. I just had time to meet with the installer, discuss the condition, my choices and how I want it done, plus be clear on the charges (what is included and what are additional) before I had to take off. Someone else filled in for me. When I got back, after the work was done, everything is how I wanted it. The work involved routing discharge piping outside. The finished work was excellent. One month later, and I still have no complaint. more

Great Installation 3/17/2011

We used Fast Water Heater Company to install our Water heater. Jason did a great job, worked very hard to get our water heater installed and cleaned up after he completed the job. I would recommend this service to everyone. I must compliment Jason for patiently answering all of our questions and doing a professional installation. He' a great addition to the FAST familiy. more

Good: Joe T. was very courteous and willing to answer my many questions.. Bad: I think that Sears could have done a better job of preparing me for all of the costs which might be incurred by the end consumer. I had done my homework, I thought, but the cost of the install was higher than I expected.. Improvements: Perhaps if Sears and contractors put together a worse-case list of all the items and their costs which could be required at the time of an install it might alleviate "sticker shock" at the time of the install..
