Good: Joe T. was very courteous and willing to answer my many questions.. Bad: I think that Sears could have done a better job of preparing me for all of the costs which might be incurred by the end consumer. I had done my homework, I thought, but the cost of the install was higher than I expected.. Improvements: Perhaps if Sears and contractors put together a worse-case list of all the items and their costs which could be required at the time of an install it might alleviate "sticker shock" at the time of the install..
