They did a great job- fast, efficient, and very neat and tidy. I was concerned about a big mess to clean up but the technician took care of everything. He was very conscientious and courteous and answered all our questions. I an feeling much more easy about getting our other heater replaced now.... more

Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday night. Monday morning my husband purchased a new one at Home Depot and called Fast Water Heater Co to deliver and install it. That afternoon they were here and did excellent work. Our crisis couldn't have gone smoother. more

Fast Water Heater Company service 3/13/2012

Our tankless water heater was leaking. We bought it fromFast Water Heater Co. and it was covered under warranty. I called and they said a repair man would be at our house between 9 and 11 the next morning. Kevin Yarnell arrived on time and he checked it out. He replaced the unit and checked everything out thorougly to make sure we had hot water in every faucet. He was very courteous and we were very pleased with the service .I would recommend Fast Water Heater and their employee Kevin Yarnell to do a good job.. Installation review 3/12/2012

I called at 8 in the morning, and Jacob was at my house by 9:30 the same day with a water heater to install. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and how much it would cost. When he was finished he showed me what he had done, and what to expect from the new heater. I would highly recommend the Fast Water Heater Company! more

Fast, and nice guys 2/23/2012

My husband and I really liked this company's services. They installed a new water heater quickly when our old own finally gave up and also came for a non-ugent service call the very next day after I called. They showed up on time and didn't give me that huge bracket of time that other companies do and that you're supposed to be waiting for them the whole day at home...They were patient, explained things well and were careful with the house. more

Last Hoorah in Vancouver 2/8/2012

After 25 years of service, our water heater finally gave us it;s last Hoorah!. We were able to find an energy efficient water heat at Home Depot and were hooked up with Donny L. at Faster Water Heater Company. Nothing but kudos for the fast and efficient work performed by Donny. The change out took less time that we anticipated. Quality job done quickly on a holiday weekend 1/17/2012

Couldn't get to us right away on Saturday of a holiday weekend, but told us how to empty the badly leaking tank and promised to get to us the next day (Sunday). Called early in the morning and said they could come earlier than planned - yahoo! Good job. Good info from Mitch the installer. Would recommend. more

Fast Water Heater in Seattle 1/4/2012

I had a new water heater installed at my home in Salem, OR. Cameron was excellent. He answered all of my questions. He even had a special water heater delivered to my door from Portland because the Home Depot in Salem did not have one in their store. Best in Seattle 1/3/2012

Good: The technician explained the function and necessity of every Uniform Plumbing Code and International Residential Code. Set up was quick and efficient. The technician is one where he does not need to be reminded to work. The entire procedure took about one hour. He was honest about what is absolutely necessary and what was recommended. The day before we scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am. The technician arrived a little closer to 9:25 am.. Other: I highly recommend this company. There is nothing bad to say about them.. more

I needed a water heater, no emergency, so i stopped by home depot to price them @ like 5pm on a friday, the price was reasonable, @ the store i schecduled an appt for "Fast" to give me a bid, they were @ my home the next morning @ 9am, and finished by 11am, i am so amazed on how quick and efficient this company is, from the guy that first took my call to the service guy that installed. thanks brandon, it works and looks great! more

Great customer service 12/11/2011

After arriving home after work to find my very old water heater leaking, I called FAST. They fully explained my options, pricing, and how the process would work. The appointment was set for the next day and the technician arrived within the two hour window provided. He surveyed the situation, explained the issues, gave me options, then provided me with an exact quote. Once I approved the work, he efficiently installed the new water heater and performed all the other work needed to bring the installation up to code. His workmanship was excellent and he cleaned up the work area very well. Everything went off without a hitch and my new water heater is working great! Problem solved. more
