The people who wrote the 1st two reviews couldn't be further off target. I've been a customer of Dr. Kessler's office for probably 20 years. He's the nicest, most caring doc I've ever been to, and that is clearly reflected in who staffs his office. Do you enjoy going to the doctor? Probably not, but I guarantee you will when you become a patron of Dr. Kessler's practice. I look forward to my visit every year. As a second year medical student (granted, not optometry, but still in the medical field), I can only hope that my future practice is as warm and inviting as Dr. K's. Pros: Everything - warm staff, great specs, fabulous doc. Cons: None. more

I also really like their glasses selection. They had a lot of styles that I had not seen in other places. Pros: Very friendly staff and Dr. seemed very knowledgeable Cons: Hard to find office more

I have been using Doc Maury for years. I meet him and the gym over 15 years ago. After I found out his profession I knew the experience would be great. A month ago we had an issue. My youngest son had an object in the eye it had been tossed in a class room. He was in pain and the eye didn't look good. I called Doc, and he said "bring him in" we will take a look. It was like a trip in the way back machine... when Doctors took that extra step... I shouldn't have been surprised. Doc has always had a big heart and knows His stuff. I have wore contacts for 2.5decades and for last 20 years Doc has had my eyes "in his hands." I highly recommend Eye Care Plus to everyone I know! The staff was friendly and let me look at glasses while I waited for my appointment. It felt very casual because they were joking around with me but at the same time the service was great and the Doctor seemed very knowledgeable. I also liked the glasses selection. Oh, and I have extremely bad vision (multiple surgeries, weird eye shape, near sighted, the works) and the prescription was one of the best I have had in years. Pros: Great service, excellent glasses selection, very knowledgeable doctor. Cons: A little difficult to find. Use an online map service and bring it with you. :) more

I called to request some basic pricing information and the woman that answered the phone was completely rude. She cut me off in the middle of a sentence to speak to someone in the office, without bothering to even place me on hold and took her time getting back to me. Then she seemed annoyed that I was asking for basic information. Total bad attitude! They lost a prospective customer that was ready to reorder contacts and pay within that very same call. more
