Express Garage Doors Repair

I concur, my landlord just got scammed by them. Well, the garage did work a whole THREE MONTHS out of the ten year warranty, and it only cost $696! I am on a mission to find them and take legal action. Do NOT hire this company. more

FRAUD ALERT! Do not use this ""company."" This is not a real company. They are a business front with no license who send out technicians who do bad fixes and grossly overcharge you. They claim to have a warranty on their work, but they will not send out a technician to repair the work when it breaks down again. We hired them and they charged us $400 to do work that could have been done for under $100. The garage door broke down 2 days after the repair. We called over 30 times over 3 weeks to get them to fix the door. In the beginning, they would hang up on us or refuse to pick up (when we called under a different number, they did answer). After that, we were told each time that we were put on the schedule for the next day and no one ever showed up. We ultimately had to hire another company to fix their work. They do not have a street address. They have a fake supervisor the dispatcher always refers to, but who manages to always be in a meeting or away from his desk. We were told more than 20 times that this supervisor would call us back to address our concerns, but of course, no one ever called us. They represented to us that they were not a dispatch service, but told a friend of ours that they were a dispatch service. They have no license that we can find. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON THIS SHAM COMPANY!!! more
