Highest Regard 5/15/2012

April 24, 2012\r This letter of recommendation is for the company and crew of Everdry Waterproofing. I have the highest regards for the Everdry crew that performed the work at my residence. From the first day they arrived to the last day they were here it was ?work hard, work steady?. The foreman of the crew was Pete and I hold this gentleman in the highest regards. The crew knows what he expects of them and they perform it admirably. Three members of the crew, James, Adrian and Matt know what they are doing and they do it well, they really get it done! I have to tell you, I?ve never seen three people this happy digging a ditch in the dirt. The only comparison I can think of is three kids at the beach with sand, shovels and buckets. Honestly, they do know what needs to be done and waste no time in doing just that. At the times James is on the hammer, Alvin is out digging or it would be Alvin on the hammer; these two just keep hammering and hammering. Everyone at Everdry more

April 24, 2012\r To Whom It May Concern, \r We had water in our basement and decided to call Everdry. They sent out a representative who explained everything to us and gave us an estimate on the work. On the day the crew arrived, the foreman, Brad, came in and talked to me about the work and explained everything they would be doing. After talking to Brad, I was confident the work would be done correctly. After the first day, I called Brad to get an update and was very pleased with the work done so far. I would like to thank the Everdry team for the great job on our basement. They were very professional and efficient. They kept us informed on each process that was completed. We were most impressed by the work completed on the outside of the house. They completed this in one day and you couldn't even tell they were here. Thorough 5/3/2012

Just wanted to tell you again how pleased we are with the job your crew did. \r When Tracy came over to give us an estimate she explained everything in detail. The work was done in three days with minimum disruption by friendly, considerate and careful workers. Their greatest concern is customer satisfaction. I was informed and consulted about what they were doing every step of the way and all my questions were answered. \r This project has increased the value of my house and has given me peace of mind. I know that my basement walls are protected and that the walls and floor will be clean and dry from now on. Who to Call 4/19/2012

Sometime ago when the basement was continually getting wet, I was at a loss. Where to go, who to call. \r I called several basement contractors and one company stood out, Everdry! Their repair suggestion and price was, well, better. \r Everdry was hired, myself knowing nearly nothing about residential construction. Excellent Job 4/17/2012

First of all let me start by saying that I hate writing letters. \r The first day there were ten men here and they sure worked hard! The foreman did his job very well. He would come to get me to show me what was happening. There was one section where I had a lot of large western stone. They had to dig in the area and when they were done it didn?t look like it was dug up at all. Very good job! The next days of the job went smoothly. \r If someone needs to know what kind of job you do, I?ll be glad to let them know that it was excellent. I would recommend Everdry!\r The crew did a great job. They worked hard and everything they did was professional. The foreman was commendable for explaining what work was going to be done before it was done. He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. During the job, he also took my around to show me different parts of the job as they were happening and explaining things to me. Dear Everdry Waterproofing, \r What started off as a heart wrenching realization (our basement wall was cracked and bowing in!) turned into a pleasant and informative experience. Mike (our representative), \r Thanks for coming to our house and informing us on the benefits of having Everdry fix our basement. Jason and his crew did an excellent job and never left a mess, always cleaning and sweeping up before they left for the day. I was kept informed by Jason on what would be done each day and what had to be done yet to finish the job. To Everdry, \r Bill was the first contact I had with your company. Bill did a good job of explaining how the waterproofing is done and the choices offered by your company. \r In March, the men came to start the work. Ben explained everything that would be done. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the workers and how well they all worked together. \r As the work was in progress, Ben showed me what was being done to give me a better understanding of the waterproofing job. \r I chose the Multi-Step system with the lifetime service agreement. Come and See 3/6/2012

March 2, 2012\r Job was started on Thursday and by the end of the day, half the job was completed. Each step of the work was explained to me and for most of the work I was able to photograph each step. Friday, the cement was put in and all equipment, such as the sump, was up and running. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. \r Just some of the things I observed were holes being drilled into the blocks and watching water drain out. Steel beams were installed and grouted with reinforcing on the top. Cracks in the block were filled in. Cement was mixed outside to keep dust to a minimum. All the crew member worked efficiently and ensured the job was completed on time. \r The entire job looks very professional and I feel confident that problems with water inside the basement are a thing of the past. Shady Tactics 2/17/2012

I had a quote for fixing some water issues in my basement. The quote was for $23,000. I thought it was a bit high for the work to be done so I did not call them back. After 1 week, I received a phone call with some way "they found" to reduce the bill to $21,000. I said no. One week after that, "the manager looked at it", and what do you know... the bid was now $18,000. At this point I felt as though I was being taken for a ride. I said no. 1 week later, they "had a change of management" and the bid went down to $16,000. What they didn't know is that I work with companies that use Ever-Dry, and I was more than aware there was NO "change in management". I find their business tactics to be dishonest at best. more
