What started off as a heart wrenching realization (our basement wall was cracked and bowing in!) turned into a pleasant and informative experience. Ben and his crew appeared on time and all were friendly and polite. They expedited the work quickly with Ben explaining the procedures step by step along the way. I was very amazed to see all the water our house was sitting on. I had always hoped we would never have to deal with a basement problem.
