Referral pays off 6/25/2013

When I knew we needed waterproofing at another property we owned, we chose Everdry based upon recommendations from other neighbors in the area. They all had nothing but good things to say about the work that was performed for them. The crew that did our work exceeded all of our expectations. Our satisfaction is with the entire company. Glad to give this review 5/22/2013

We had Everdry Waterproofing repair our basement. We had cracks throughout the basement, some being major cracks. We also had mold in our basement. The crew was very thorough, and explained everything they were going to do that day. They were very polite. We are satisfied with their work, and the time in which they were able to make all of the repairs. We've already given some of our friends Everdry's number! Just a note to let everyone know how pleased we are with the service of the Everdry staff. From the initial meeting to the completion of the work, we were treated with the upmost professionalism. Toby was an excellent foreman, and explained the process every step of the way. They arrived, as they said they would, at 7:30 every morning. The work was completed in a timely fashion, even though the scope of what needed to be done was so extensive. Following the work completion, it was immediately put to the test with 2 weeks of non stop rains, and it passed with flying colors. 5 STAR JOB 5/7/2013

From the minute the Everdry team showed up to fix our basement, we could tell they were going to be fast, professional, and efficient. They were scheduled to arrive at 7:30am, and they were right on time. Tony had no more than stepped foot in our house and started explaining the process of what was about to happen, and all of the other crew members were already working, unloading the truck, and hanging all the plastic downstairs. My wife and I could not believe how fast they were moving. Everyone was very conscious about the mess that was about to take place, and wasted no time laying plastic from the back door over to the basement door and down the stairs. Throughout the day, the crew showed great team work and moved around, doing their jobs very fast. There was no standing around with nothing to do. Everyone was in constant motion. To Future Everdry Customers 3/21/2013

Everdry has given us our basement back! We purchased our home six years ago. After living there for six months we had the realization that we purchased a home with basement problems. We have lived with a wet, moldy, & smelly basement for the last six years, and it is wonderful to have the basement back. I always said to family and friends that our basement was my deep, dark, dirty secret. Other than no longer being embarrassed by our disgusting basement, we have doubled the size of our home just by having the basement fixed. Recommendation 12/10/2012

Tony, the foreman, showed me all the Everdry paperwork and went over the work schedule with me. The crew did a great job on both the inside and outside of the basement. The men worked so fast that soon the outside was completed. The crew then started on the inside of the basement but not before they covered everything in plastic. They even covered the steps. Work Completed in 1992 5/31/2012

Anytime I hear our sump pump kick in, I breathe a sigh of relief. This past fall we noticed the pump was not operating and someone from Everdry was out within hours to replace it, even though it wasn't an emergency. I consider the Everdry warranty money in the bank!! Sincerely, GK more
