I thought the process of restoring my basement to a dry, clean space was going to be a lot like going through the headache of finding the right company to replace windows or put siding on the house, long and arduous. The combination of the confidence and approach of the representative, David, and the thoroughness of the system, the communication of the foreman, Ben, and well as the lifetime service agreement have kept me assured that I made the right decision from square one.
