Everdry Waterproofing Inc is a vastly Overpriced solution 10/23/2009

I had my basement repaired by EverDry of Waukesha. I was sold on over $30,000 worth of repair. The salesman Mike Stephan, told me that it would take a little over a week with 7-8 guys. So 6days x 8guys x 8hrs/day x $75/hr = $28,800 o.k. plus material alright. The whole process was manual labor, no heavy equipment, bunch of young kids digging with shovels and picks. The end result was o.k., but it only took 3.5days with an average crew of 5guys. I was totally duped. Plus they used my power to operate their jack hammers. WTF ! ! ! ! They used extension cords to hook up the pumps and didn't do any electrical work. I am now left with a snake pit of electrical cords running to two sump pumps, an easy breath, my drier, and water softener. The did the job o.k. But it sure as hell wasn't worth over $30k. 5guys x 8hrs/day x 3.5 days x $75/hr = $10,500 . I got hosed, they totally made it sound the job was way more complex then it was. I filed with the BBB, but that is basically useless. Save you more

Peace of mind 9/19/2007

Everdry waterproofed our basement several years ago. With the recent heavy rains in August I was curious to see whether our home would be impacted. We had no problems. They installed internal and external drain tiles and two sump pumps and we have had a dry basement since. Also, the work is warrantied forever for a small fee ($25.00 a year) which is transferable if we sell our home. If we ever have problems with the waterproofing they will repair it for free - forever. more
