STAY AWAY! Audi dealer charges almost half their price for the same repair!!! My mistake, I authorized EuroFix to replace spark plugs on an Audi S6 and they charged me $879.12 parts/tax/labor. Audi of Nashville (yes the dealer!!) charges $560.00 for the same job. EuroFix billed $33.64 per plug and Audi Nashville bills $19.00 for the same plug. Eurofix said that if I obtained a formal quote from Audi they would ""do what's right"" so I took the car to Audi to get the formal quote and emailed it to Eurofix. They never made any adjustment to my invoice and claimed they offered ""Far Superior Service"" and that is why they charge the prices they do. Save yourself some money and go anywhere else to get your repairs. I choose the dealer since everyone prefers a factory serviced car and the free car washes aren't bad either. more

STAY AWAY 9/27/2013

These guys used to be real good in the begining. Now as they expanded they are cheating way more than anyone in business. I will explain my experience last month. Lights were coming up in JETTA dashboard. so took to the Eurofix. They said the control panel need to be replaced and the part is 1200 and labor 700. I asked for part price at dealer by calling they said 860. When I asked the clerk what she said is we get parts from dealer but we have to mark it up. So I said I will get the part from dealer. Than my car does not start. SO when I opened trunk the battery was corrosive. So had it jump started and changed battery in auto zone and went to delaer for the control panel. The dealer said they will check it free as that part is non refundable. I thought lets get estimate here. The techincian at dealer said the issue is with the battery corrosion and they cleaned the clogged lines and all lights gone. so eurofix guy could not spot battery corrosion and wanted me to change $1000 part. so my advice to any one who goes to eurofix is check part price at dealer and get second opinion. more

I called Eurofix yesterday (8/5/13) to make an appointment to have the frontend aligned and transmission flushed on my 2000 XJR. I was told the alignment would be $79.00 and the technician would need to look at the car to quote the transmission flush. The appointment was set for the next day at 7:30 am. When I dropped my car off, I was told I would get a call with the quote for the flush………I didn’t get a quote for a flush, I got a FULL HOUSE. Over $3,000.00 in quoted repairs, from a burnt smell inside my car to a cracked joint in my drive shaft. The real “cracked joint” is Eurofix. Really, when you schedule an appointment to have a $70.00 frontend alignment (which they didn’t even do) and you get a quote 100% front to back – inside out FREE inspection that’s going to cost you over $3,000.00.\r I know my review will be deleted from their website, why do you think all the other reviews they have on there are five stars, but the ones on Nashville.CitySearch tell of a different story.\r more

Nightmare on broad st 7/2/2013

The paperwork seemed to drag to a month and a half, I was briefly threatened and then was misinformed on my auto interest rate by my dealer. The product was fine but the service is a nightmare. By the way even when I spoke to a manager in their corporate office and was promised a call back even THEY give crappy service.....I never heard back! more

Great place for your European car experience. 10/20/2012

My recent decisions to use Euro-Fix have all been rewarded with excellent technical advice as well as excellent customer service. Their technicians were experienced with my MB and Jaguars: And, you can actually visit your car while they service it to ask questions. This is a great place to take your EU car. I highly recommend Euro-Fix. Tom more

I really don't have any concerns. They are super friendly and helpful. I took my car three different times. The first two times they gave me a loaner car, they checked the car for 4 days. They didn't find anything wrong with my car. Eurofix didn't charge me a penny cause they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. The third time finally they found what was wrong the fuel pumps. And they fixed it. I think it wasn't bad or too expensive. Now they also found an issue that i thought it may have and they found it with out me saying anything. I will take it next month and get that fixed. My over all experience is great. more

They did the impossible! 3/27/2012

I had a screwdriver bit stuck inside my car hood and was told by two body shops that it could not come out without drilling a hole. They were wrong. Eurofix Nashville got it out in ten minutes and did it for no charge. They are awesome!!! more

Not reliable 12/22/2011

I would rate zero if I could. I would not recommend Euro Fix to anyone with a BMW. My husband and I have spent nearly $8,000 in the past 5 months on our 5 series and 7 series BMWs. I took mine in July for oil leak repairs, which were done at a cost of $2,500. I was happy and my car purred like a kitten. The oil leaks stopped and I no longer needed to add oil. In October my radiator blew (not Euro-Fix's fault!). The cooling system was replaced and some "additional oil leaks" were identified and repaired. Upon driving off the lot I immediately got an error code to check the coolant level. I drove back, the technician told me the coolant level was fine and it was probably a sensor going bad. The next day my husband added nearly a gallon of antifreeze and talked to the shop, who apparently didn't "bleed" it. 2 days later, I got an error code to check the oil level in the engine. After adding a quart and a half of oil, we called Euro-Fix who said to bring it back in. I was finally able to take the car back in yesterday (after adding oil 3 times since October), and the diagnosis is 1) oil pan gasket needs repair, and 2) the October repair was actually a "re-do" of the July repair and should have been under Euro-Fix's warranty. The estimate to repair the oil leaks THIS time is $910. Needless to say, I am taking my car elsewhere and would never recommend this shop to anyone. more: We just went and picked up the car and refund for the "redo" that we were charged for. John, the person we spoke with on the phone would'nt even turn to greet us but rather pointed to someone else that he had taped the check to the front counter. This was not the first time we had been charged for work that had either not been done or had already been done. The first time they found it and called after almost 2 weeks for parts I had told them had just been installed. This time nothing was found until I started talking about taking my business elsewhere. They called back within 10 minutes to let me know that they had "suddenly" found they had charged for what should have been warranty work. (A gasket repair that didnt hold 3 months) and that they would happily apply that to the newly needed repair. I let them know that I would be by shortly to pick up my vehicle and a check. I can't speak for all of their locations but I would have to guess they must all run the same way. In our talk on the phone about the problems they missed John was quick to throw his technicians under the bus and let me know they were new and made mistakes and they shouldn't have told me that the car would be good for over a year. I could go on but why bother. I believe the point has been made. more

Refreshing change from JPA 11/19/2011

Many thanks to Brian M. and the crew @ Eurofix (Nashville) as they exceeded my expectations. Having taken advantage of the Lifetime oil change offer, my experience w/ the operation until yesterday was limited for my 2001 Audi A6 2.7t. I limped in, coolant dripping, display beeping, fully expecting the wor$t. I received a complimentary rental car in short order, a timetable for contact/follow-up, and left feeling as good as I could about the repairs to come. Because I rely on my vehicle for work (fortunately I'd previously arranged for the day off), I was hopeful my issue could be resolved and vehicle returned on-time as promised -- which was NOT my prior experience w/ JPA-Nashville. I called AHEAD of schedule, and although my car hadn't been completed, Brian updated me on progress and advised me that I should likely be able to pick it up before close on Friday. True to his word, I received a call 30 minutes before close with Brian telling me that my car was ready to pick-up. Because I live in Hendersonville, I'd anticipated his call based on our earlier conversation, and pulled in the lot as my phone rang. To my PLEASANT surprise, not all of the parts ordered ended up being necessary, and my bill ended up being 30 LESS than my estimate -- also NOT my previous experience with JPA-Nashville. To further top off my experience, I realized this morning that the crew had even found and replaced the coolant reservoir cap that had broken when it crumbled in my hands when adding fluid to make it into Eurofix. (I'd had JPA-Nash replace reservoir with NEW tank/cap only 27 days before, hoping it would be a cheap fix to my leak. Not only was it NOT cheap ($187.00), but obviously the cap they used was not up to par). I wasn't even charged for the new cap, and Brian further reminded me on my way out of the 3yr/36k warranty and 1yr nationwide warranty. *Without reservation, I recommend Brian and the crew at the Nashville (Kenilwood Dr) location and although I don't 'look forward' to having to go back, I'll certainly do so with confidence and trust due to the excellent experience I had. Thanks Eurofix! more

I had a horrible expereincer with these guys. Took 5 hours to replace a battery. 10/27/2011

I took my car to these guys to get a battery replaced. It took them 5 hours to do so and they charged a fortune for an interstate battery I could have bought elsewhere for considerably less. When I questioned them, they eventually ended up defaming me to another business. No way I would bring these guys a little red wagon much less a sophisticate4d European automobile to repair. more

Excellent service and friendly staff 10/9/2011

While on vacation, our land rover didn't want to start. We were so pleased to find Jon and his staff! They were nice enough to put us in a rental car so we could still enjoy our vacation, while they fixed our vehicle. Their friendly service and expertise was really appreciated by us. more

Trustworthy, reasonably priced and friendly. 9/15/2011

I have been very pleased with Euro-Fix of Nashville. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm a busy gal and when I need to have my car worked on and they are usually right on schedule and easy to work with! Their location is very convenient for me. I love the location! I can leave for an hour and know my car is in good hands. They'll even watch my purse if I just want to take a walk. Everyone there is genuine, trustworthy and nice. I'd highly recommend them to anybody! Debbie Williams more

Very knowledgeable and hospitable. 9/6/2011

I had an excellent experience with Euro-Fix. They have a relatively new location here in Murfreesboro, and they sent me a brochure in the mail. I was out one day killing time in my Porsche, and dropped in to ask them a few questions about the car. They were very knowledgeable, and had an opening to see me right away. I sat in the lobby, enjoying coffee and watching TV while they worked. They were very hospitable, and came to ask me if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. I brought the car in with three different issues, and they were able to take care of them all very well. I may have to have one small adjustment made, but I'm sure they will jump right on it. Euro-Fix did such a good job on my first visit, that I took my truck there, too. They have a lot of experience with foreign cars. I would definitely recommend them. more

I love them so much! I'll never go back to the dealer! 9/1/2011

Euro-Fix of Nashville is great! I love them and won't ever go back to the dealer. They definitely know what they're doing over there! I highly recommend them to anybody! more

If you care at all about your car, they are the place to have it taken care of. 8/31/2011

Euro-Fix of Nashville is the first place I've taken my car for service in the three years that I've owned it, aside from oil changes and routine maintenance. Because of my work schedule, bringing my car to a mechanic is very difficult. When I began to experience some odd noises with the vehicle, I knew it needed to go somewhere, so I started looking at different shops. Euro-Fix offers loaner cars, which made the drop-off seamless. The process was hassle-free and incredibly easy. Once the work was completed and I went to pick up the car, I became a bit skeptical, due to both the price, as well as their diagnosis and correction of the problem. I admit that I didn't do a lot of research beforehand, but when I arrived home that's precisely what I did. Fairly soon into my internet reading, my skepticism began to fade. Eventually, I realized that Euro-Fix had nailed the problem 100--it just wasn't what I was expecting. They replaced the motor mounts and transmission mounts, and not only did the noise go away, but now the car performs better than it has at any time since I've owned it. It's really amped up my driving experience. So, at the end of the day, even though I still do feel like I paid a small premium, I'm very satisfied with Euro-Fix and think they were worth the money. I will definitely go back to Euro-Fix for any future repairs, and will recommend them to others. The bottom line is that they know what they are doing, and make the process convenient with their loaner cars. I do think, especially for the price I paid, that they could have communicated a little better, but what it really comes down to is results. My suggestion to them is to call the customer before they have to call you, even if there's not a lot of information to relay. It's a peace of mind thing. Still, they did the job right the first time, and overall it was a great experience. Daniel Buehler more

Very pleased! 8/30/2011

Overall, I had a good experience with Euro-Fix of Nashville. The only frustrating piece was I felt like I was pushed to the side at one point without an explanation, and that was only because Brian wanted to help me, however that was not communicated to me at the time. They did a diagnostic test to see if it was my AC unit that wasn't working, and they found that it was just the fan so they corrected that and it's been working great! I'd definitely use them again. I am very pleased. more

Happy! Happy! Happy! 8/29/2011

Everything was great with Euro-Fix of Nashville! I'd definitely go back to them in the future. The service was great, the results were great! I'm very happy! more

I refuse to buy a new car until either they can't fix it or it gets totaled. I love the work they do! 7/27/2011

I could talk about Euro-Fix all day. I love them! If I could get my own room down there with a cot... let's just say I recommend them highly. I have two cars, and both have been serviced there withing the last 60 days. One is a Mercedes Benz from 1997, it's an E230, and Mitch worked on it. There are still some minor things that need to be done, so I will be bringing it back in soon. The other car is a Volvo that has had a lot of things that needed work done. It's sad how much work my car has needed, but I love the work they do. Tim was awesome! He pretty much did all the work, other than some of the work that was done in the beginning by Trevor. I preferred Tim working on my car though, because it was made in 1992, and I doubt Trevor was even born then. I'm not knocking him, Trevor is really good, but I just wanted the experience that Tim has. He's a top-notch guy. I've put over $3000 in that car with them and it's running as good as it did in July of 1992 when I picked it up brand new off the lot in Connecticut. I know the car is running at the best it could possibly run, and I owe it all to Tim. I'm very, very happy. He knows Volvos, so do not lose him! more

Honest and reliable mechanics. 7/18/2011

I have been going to Euro-Fix of Nashville for several years. They do a real nice job, and are honest. I find their prices fair, and really like that they are up front about everything. They will tell you what went wrong, and why they are performing the particular repairs. Euro-Fix also provide rental cars while the repairs are underway, which is a nice convenience. I simply feel more comfortable with them than any other mechanic in town. There is one other independent Mercedes shop, but I know for a fact that they are dishonest. Euro-Fix provide service that I can trust. more

An honorable and trustworthy shop! 7/12/2011

I've been going to Euro-Fix of Nashville since they opened. They have always been quick to respond to my questions. They are prompt in getting me in for immediate service if my car needs it. As a Real Estate Agent, I put many miles on my car and they are wonderful at maintaining it for me. I completely trust them to keep me safe while I'm driving clients around or late at night. They even keep an eye out for any future problems I might have and head those off for me when necessary. They are a trustworthy and honorable shop. Jane McDonald, Silverpointe Properties more
