I would rate zero if I could. I would not recommend Euro Fix to anyone with a BMW. My husband and I have spent nearly $8,000 in the past 5 months on our 5 series and 7 series BMWs. I took mine in July for oil leak repairs, which were done at a cost of $2,500. I was happy and my car purred like a kitten. The oil leaks stopped and I no longer needed to add oil. In October my radiator blew (not Euro-Fix's fault!). The cooling system was replaced and some "additional oil leaks" were identified and repaired. Upon driving off the lot I immediately got an error code to check the coolant level. I drove back, the technician told me the coolant level was fine and it was probably a sensor going bad. The next day my husband added nearly a gallon of antifreeze and talked to the shop, who apparently didn't "bleed" it. 2 days later, I got an error code to check the oil level in the engine. After adding a quart and a half of oil, we called Euro-Fix who said to bring it back in. I was finally able to take the car back in yesterday (after adding oil 3 times since October), and the diagnosis is 1) oil pan gasket needs repair, and 2) the October repair was actually a "re-do" of the July repair and should have been under Euro-Fix's warranty. The estimate to repair the oil leaks THIS time is $910. Needless to say, I am taking my car elsewhere and would never recommend this shop to anyone. more: We just went and picked up the car and refund for the "redo" that we were charged for. John, the person we spoke with on the phone would'nt even turn to greet us but rather pointed to someone else that he had taped the check to the front counter. This was not the first time we had been charged for work that had either not been done or had already been done. The first time they found it and called after almost 2 weeks for parts I had told them had just been installed. This time nothing was found until I started talking about taking my business elsewhere. They called back within 10 minutes to let me know that they had "suddenly" found they had charged for what should have been warranty work. (A gasket repair that didnt hold 3 months) and that they would happily apply that to the newly needed repair. I let them know that I would be by shortly to pick up my vehicle and a check. I can't speak for all of their locations but I would have to guess they must all run the same way. In our talk on the phone about the problems they missed John was quick to throw his technicians under the bus and let me know they were new and made mistakes and they shouldn't have told me that the car would be good for over a year. I could go on but why bother. I believe the point has been made.
