We love Eurofix and recommend them to everyone! They are a great company and their customer service is superb. They are just as advertised: call you back when they say they do, will give you a loaner and they have great prices. They are cheaper than any dealer, and offer incredible service. They have a great waiting room, complete with a tv, nice comfy leather couches, snacks, drinks and free wi-fi. Definitely recommend more

Was told a good service and good people in the town to fix European car. I've experienced a bad rep who just interested in your money. two small problems they like to charge you over $1000. Also they tried to scare you if not let them do the job, no one else can do it in town. Not honest to customer, they don't even tell you how many hours needed to fix the problem. Bad, too bad. more

We started going to Euro-Fix of Nashville for my wife's Saab, because it was recommended to us. We had a very good experience there. Then I started taking my American made car also, and have been extremely pleased with the service they've provided. I appreciate their willingness to communicate with their customers. They call you and let you know the progress and when to expect your car back which is usually in a timely fashion. Everyone there is so courteous, completely willing to help and very knowledgeable and ready to explain everything in detail to their customers. This is a great company. more

The last couple of times I've gone to Euro-Fix of Nashville I must admit left me a little frustrated. The staff is polite and Aaron is a really good guy, but I think the business and professional end needs to be tightened up, especially when your're dealing with higher end cars and the customers that are spending good money for the upkeep of those cars. My first frustration happened when I called ahead to make an appointment to have a handful of small things done. When I went in, they had no idea why I was there. It was like I'd never had a conversation with them before coming in. I had to explain everything I wanted done again. Why call ahead for an appointment if they're not going to take the time to make notes? My second frustration happened when I called ahead another time to make an appointment to have a special headlamp installed. I knew the bulb needed to be ordered. I was told the appointment would take an hour and that they'd make sure they had the correct bulb in stock. When I went in, I waited for about an hour before they came out to tell me they didn't have the specific bulb in stock. Why had I been forced to wait for an hour if they didn't have the bulb in stock? I couldn't believe it, right then they almost lost me as a customer. However, they did make good when they offered me a rental car and promised to have my car ready the following day. But I was still inconvenienced by having to come back in on a Saturday to pick up my car, when it could have been taken care of the day before. So, in the end, I'm left unsure whether I'll use their services again. I'd really like to say I would, because they're good people and I have been satisfied and have referred them to friends in the past. However, if simple frustrations keep occurring every time I go there, then I doubt I'll be using them in the future. But we have added more service writers since then at the front counter to help increase the customer service. I initially decided to use Euro-Fix of Nashville after hearing their radio ad. They are very close to where I work, closer than the dealership I had been going to. I have been using Euro-Fix for about 1.5 years now and they have been straightforward and trustworthy. Most recently, they fixed a battery issue and replaced the harness and grill plug for the diesel engine of my Volkswagen Beetle. They also noticed that the timing belt needed to be replaced. Usually, it needs to be replaced every 60,000 miles and mine was at about 115,000, so it probably would have snapped had they not been proactive about checking it out. They also tend to be very proactive about communication. They let you know what's happening with your vehicle and what they are trying to help you fix. They want to make sure that they solve the problem, whereas the dealership has been more interested in charging me for the first steps to find out what the problem is. When I had a minor price issue, they adjusted the price to be fair, matching the dealer's quote. They have treated me well and have not looked down on me because I don't know a lot about engines. They explain what they do to fix things -- basically what you'd want a mechanic who's a friend to tell you. It is definitely worth having them take a look at your vehicle and getting a quote because they will treat you right. more

Euro-Fix of Nashville is fantastic. They had the technical ability and know-how to totally rebuild the engine and replace the transmission in my daughter's car. I was very impressed with their straight talk and advice on cost benefits of doing the work I wanted done. I appreciated their feedback and honest approach to the job. I felt like they really went the extra mile and had excellent communication throughout the process. They kept me appraised at each step of the process with costs and any issues that arose. They also have great follow-up. I have been delighted with their work so far. They really care about the safety of their customers and that's priceless in my book. With Euro-Fix of Nasville, I have a good experience even when making an appointment. They have an understanding of my car and its issues. Even if I'm having trouble on the go, they coach me through it and sort out the level of service I will need. Diagnostically, they are very wise, and provide really good service. The mechanics are also very good. I rarely have anything redone, and the times I have taken the car back in it is to fix an unrelated issue. The quality of their work holds, and they take care of vehicles with a long-term view. I don't want to cut corners on the little things, and they make sure my vehicle will not have problem down the line. When I drop my car off at Euro-Fix of Nashville, they give me a rental car, and it makes an enormous difference. Having a car available while getting I'm getting my vehicle taken care of removes the final hurdle. Their easy loaners make everything less difficult, ensuring that I don't have to give up time from my job or my family. more

I had a great experience with EuroFix Nashville. It was the first time I ever got work done by an auto body shop where I felt the prices were in line with the service I received. I did not feel like I was gouged. They were reasonably priced with everything, and they kept me informed the whole time. This was my first time using EuroFix, and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who has a car that needs to be worked on. I feel like you will get a good deal, a good experience, and it will be well priced. more

They are fantastic. The fact that I drive a BMW is my fault, but I cannot say enough about EuroFix Nashville. Their communication is incredible, the shop is spotless, and they offer online appointment scheduling. There is never ever a surprise, and I have had $5,000 worth of repairs done there. I have an Audi that has recently needed some suspension work. I found Euro-Fix because it was recommended to me by a fellow European car driver. Many garages use the excuse that you have an European vehicle to charge you too much. These guys have very reasonable prices. They have great communication and excellent customer service. If you don't understand a repair or a charge, they will show you and explain it to you. They treat you like an intelligent adult. Their work is top notch. And they take care of the little details. They have a rental car service for extended repairs, so you're not stuck if you only have one vehicle. And my rims and wheels are always cleaned, even if I'm just having my oil changed. I won't trust my Audi to anyone else. more

Great shop to take European cars as a dealership alternative. 8/5/2010

I heard about EuroFix Nashville from a commercial on the radio. They have free loaner cars, and they specialize in Volvos, which is what I have. I decided to test it out. They called me before they made any repairs and gave me the rundown of what the mechanics would do if it was their car. They were honest, and didn't tell me to fix everything, but told me what was necessary and what could wait. I appreciated their call, and their honesty about what could be held off in terms of repairs. I have gone to EuroFix 3 or 4 times now. They are honest, and their prices are fair. If there is a mistake, they won't charge the customer for it, and if something needs to go back to them there is no charge either. They are very fair, and don't beat around the bush. A big reason I use them is because of the free loaner car. They also have 2 locations that are both pretty convenient and right off the highway. It is a great place to take European cars that is not a dealership. They know their stuff. R. Hill more

I decided to use EuroFix Nashville because of the free rental car that they offer. That was the selling point for me. They have done a couple of jobs for me now, fixing some normal wear-and-tear things like the motor in my window. Everything has turned out well. The person I worked with, John, at the front desk, was very communicative, helpful, and on top of things. I enjoyed working with him. I would recommend the EuroFix Nashville location to others because they are convenient and the people at the front are helpful. I have used EuroFix Nashville multiple times and have been happy with the service on every visit. I take all 3 of my family's cars there. They are less expensive than the dealer and the prices are fair. They even did a minor repair for me as a favor. They also are conveniently located close to my office and they provide a shuttle service that gets me to work. EuroFix makes the whole experience as painless as possible. They have comfortable waiting rooms and a complimentary rental service if you choose that, all of which is very helpful. more

I initially went to EuroFix Nashville for a non-urgent item, and have used their service twice since then, once for an emergency repair. They are so quick. In my experience, there is usually no way that I can get parts for my car in a day or two, but they have been able to get parts in 1 day and fix it while I wait. They are extremely knowledgeable about the specific car that I have, which I appreciate. They also are super nice and are never bothered when I call with questions. Also, they will explain things and educate you. As a female, I have had the opposite experience with mechanics, but at EuroFix, they do not talk down to me. I am thrilled that I found them. more
