Awesome party booking service 11/9/2010

Went through Ryan at BPB and overall had a great experience. He was very responsive to all questions related to the party. I had my birthday at Cellar Bar. Although the service promises no lines, we all had to wait in line, but there was no cover as promised. My guests who showed up closer to midnight were told to get bottles or open up a $60 minimum bar tab each. I was given a complimentary bottle of Skyy vodka and only had to pay the gratuity. Ryan was very professional and overall had a very good experience although the venue was a little tough at the door. more

Wonderful Service! 10/25/2010

Tons of thanks to Ryan at BPB for his help with my party at The Lott this past weekend! I had lots of questions about possible places and the arrangements to be made, and Ryan answered all of them quickly. After telling him about the number of people and the kind of party I wanted to have, he took care of the rest with the place I chose. I remembered The Lott from its days as Porky's, but never thought about having the party there, until seeing it on BPB's web site. It seemed like a fun place, and one different from places where I (and my friends) usually go. But I digress. Anyways, through Ryan, the table/space reservation (the whole back area, for a large group) was set up, as well as the VIP entrance for guests (no need to wait in the very long regular line, and free entry before a certain time). Guests were given bracelets too, to keep the area separate from the rest of the club's crowd. Most everyone who attended seemed to have a fantastic time! more

Better than a promoter 10/18/2010

Ryan from BirthdayPartyBooker helped me plan my 21st birthday party at Empire Hotel Rooftop and it was nothing short of a great time. Being that it was my 21st birthday, i wanted everything to go smoothly without any problems and Ryan was very reassuring throughout the whole process. We communicated with each other through e-mail and Ryan was very quick at responding. I told him what my budget was and how didn't want any problems at the door. He set me up with my own guest list and a deal for a buy one bottle get one free. Empire is known for their strict door policy but my guests had no problems at all that night. Overall , we had a GREATTTTTT time and I am so glad i reached out to BirthdayPartyBooker. I am most definitely using their services for future parties/events and would recommend this to everyone. more

Tremendously Helpful 10/18/2010

Ryan from BirthdayPartyBooker was so helpful was I was planning my birthday party at Carnival. I wasn't interested in spending a lot of money on my birthday--I just wanted an affordable way to get my friends in with no cover and no line. When I spoke to Carnival directly, they told me I had to get bottle service in order to get my friends in with no cover. Ryan, however, was able to work this out for me without forcing me to get bottle service. All my friends got in for free and I didn't have to pay a dime. BirthdayPartyBooker is also a free service! I highly recommend Ryan ...we set everything up with just a couple of emails. more

Great help to organise a party! 10/7/2010

Ryan from BirthdayPartyBooker was a great help when I wanted to organise my Birthday party this year. He not only made sure we had an extended happy hour, but also was in touch on the day of the party, to make sure, it was going on smoothly. We were a big group of 40 people and had no problems getting in to the place and there was no minimum tab either. I will definitely recommend talking to him before organising your next event in the city. I will soon be taking his help to organise my Husbands Birthday this month too. more

Last year, I had my party at Puffy Tavern. This year, it was at Forum, close to Union Square. Amazing, Stress-Free Night!!!!! 9/20/2010

I was VERY impressed with Birthday Party Booker. Thanks to Ryan, I was able to celebrate my 25th birthday at Carnival - with a table, bottle of champagne and guest list for my friends, as promised - and had one of the best birthdays in a while. I cannot stress enough how hassle-free it was. I was very hesitant at first because it almost sounded too good to be true. stress free night! 9/20/2010

Used partybooker for my 23rd birthday at 49grove. I was really nervous because I have had bad birthday parties in the past, spending hundreds of dollars and not getting what I wanted. But it was completely stress free. Ryan had set everything up so that my group of 15 could all get in free. we got a table with a free bottle. everyone had a great time. it was definitely my best birthday yet! more

The best planning service around! 9/20/2010

I just planned my 25th birthday, and used Birthday Party Booker. Like most other people, I just wanted an easy way to have a great party at a fun venue and make sure my friends and I would have no problem. A month before my birthday I worked with Ryan and picked Anchor Bar. After working with promoters in the past, I honestly didn't believe that everything would go so smoothly, but it did. I only had one problem when I got in the door, as I was promised a table, but when I got there the doormen acted like it was a free for all and I just had to go claim one. I emailed Ryan, got a response from him 5 minutes later with instructions and all was fine and resolved- I couldn't believe it. Even got a free bottle of champagne out fo the deal, and it was all free!\r \r After my wonderful experience I plan on always using BPB and telling all my friends to, as well. more

DON'T USE ANYONE ELSE! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! 9/15/2010

I was planning my 26th Birthday and I wanted it to be fun, easy, hassle-free and just a great dance party with a great vibe that all of my friends could enjoy. I found Birthdaypartybooker online, and after working with them, I will definitely be directing all of my party planning their way. I worked with Ryan (he was my ""party specialist""), and it was easy as pie all the way through. I told him which venue I was hoping for (The Anchor), he said it was available for the night that I wanted it, no cover for any friends, everyone got in with a breeze (even with a line outside), and I even got a table with complementary bottle service!! The whole exchange took about 3 emails with Ryan and I was all set. Could it get any easier? The night was fantastic overall, and a bunch of my friends told me that it was one of the best dance parties they had been to in a while. All in all, I would definitely recommend Birthday Party Booker without a single hesitation - so happy to have them in NY for all my future party planning needs! more

Easygoing, low stress, high fun 8/23/2010

I was totally nervous about my 25th birthday celebration. Like TOTALLY nervous as in doing research weeks and weeks in advance. Found BPB and I won't lie I was *kinda* doubtful. I had read mixed reviews (one person said they had to wait in line, awful time, bad treatment, etc. but others were raving) and was pretty nervous. I reached out and w/in minutes Ryan emailed me back. He was really cool about answering my neurotic anxiety ridden questions. Suggested/organized a gathering at The Anchor and that was that. I was nervous that my friends (50+ RSVP'ed, around 30-40 probably came through) may not have been able to get in but everything ran smoothly. PLUS I didn't get a free bottle of champagne- the Anchor gave me buy one get one free bottles. And I mean- that was pretty awesome *especially* since I had so many friends come through. So I DEFINITELY recommend. Painless. Easy. Fantastic. more

Ryan was really helpful organizing my birthday party this summer without a week notice. \r \r I pretty much spotted the type of bar I wanted on their website and he did the rest, arranging a table and a free bottle for me and my friends. Simple, Easy, Superb 8/16/2010

Birthday Party Booker always does an awesome job. Ryan and the staff are super easy to work with, and they do a fantastic job making sure the party is set up how you want it to be, and the level of follow through is impressive and unmatched in my experience. It would be one thing if planning the party was easy, but they always make sure the party itself goes smoothly (not to mention the free bottle of liquor), so the whole process was hassle-free. Highly recommended. more

Fabulous 21st 8/11/2010

I booked my 21st birthday party with Ryan at birthday party bookers and couldn't be happier. Ryan was so helpful in planning my party and he always got back to be super fast when I had questions or concerns. Initially, birthday party bookers hooked me up with a free bottle of vodka and table reserved at Anchor bar in SoHo. On top of all this, I happened to be the 1000th person the book my party with them so on the night of my birthday I got TWO additional FREE bottles of champagne with sparklers and filmed an interview describing my experience with their company. Anyway, if you're looking for a really fun party with no hassle and no cost, definitely use birthday party booker, I would book with them again in a heartbeat! (and probably will for my 22nd!!) more

23rd Birthday Success 8/2/2010

I did my party at Carnival and was honestly very unsure about how it would be as I really wanted a good place with hip hop and top 40 music. I have to give it up to you. It was absolutely AMAZING. Everything from the service at the door to the table to the MUSIC. OUTSTANDING. Everyone can't stop talking about the venue and music. Incredible. Ryan planned my bday party with literally 2 day's notice. When I called him when he was having dinner with his friends (I thought the number was for an after hours voicemail), he was friendly and courteous. As promised, he helped me find a great place to have a party with my friends. He took care of all the details! I have definitely recommended him to friends! He is an amazing gem!!!!!!!!
