Taj, Aspen, Cellar Bar- Success All Around 2/21/2011

I've planned my birthday with BirthdayPartyBooker in the past and it was an amazing success at Carnival in July. So I went back to them to plan three of my friends' parties in the past week and they were phenomenal. Parties at Aspen, Taj, and Cellar Bar were perfect. There was no waiting on line and we had a table at every place with a complimentary bottle. On top of that for planning my party with them I am receiving $25 for each party as part of their Refer a Party Program. There is no other company I would ever deal with besides BirthdayPartyBooker! more

JUST SHOW UP AND PARTY AWAY!! 2/6/2011

I've used Birthday PartyBooker for the past two years and their service is awesome! Derek set it up at Pranna Lounge with 30 friends showing up for no cover, our own guestlist, reserved area next to the Dj and a free bottle of champagne, only had to tip waitress.\r \r This year Derek contacted me and set it up at Hudson Terrace, again with 30 friends, no cover, our own table with a bottle of vodka and tip to the waitress.\r \r I highly recommend using their service with Ryan and Derek taking care of every detail. And it only took about 3 emails max to set up everything, so simple! \r \r I now have a reputation amongst my friends for hosting the Best Birthdays parties in New York City, thanks to BpB ;) more

Why worry... they did ONE HELL OF A JOB. 2/1/2011

This was my first time using BPB... And the end results... I had ONE HECK of a party, and so did all my friends. I was definitely over worrying for nothing... It was for my 25th birthday, and of course I wanted it everything to go right. Didn't want any hassle or any problems at all... Just smooth sailing, and they got the job DONE! My planners were Ryan and Donna they did such an amazing job! Ryan answered all my questions through email asap (even at like 10pm! and early morning!!!), Donna had call me to ask me a few questions, as well as answered some of my questions. I don't regret planning through them at all, they were all very helpful. Martin... he was my party contact at my location which happens to be INC Lounge, he was totally awesome! And he is very fun to have around, so if any of you get him as one of the people to contact... your going to have a great time. I'm so glad that he was at my location. He made sure everything went smoothly, and made sure that I had a great time. INC Lounge, the bouncer Jamel and bartender Jessica were all very helpful and friendly. I had no problems with them at all. So even if this is your first try... I would definitely say, give it a try. You never know the end results without giving it a shot. So once again a big shout out to BPB, for making my 25th birthday a memorable one!!! THANK YOU ALL! more

SUPERIOR SERVICE...FOR FREE! 1/24/2011

A friend of mine referred me to Birthday Party Booker, they had told me about a friend of theirs using it last year and how it was perfect. I was very hesitant/nervous - I figured if it's free, somethings gotta be wrong (nothings free...or at least nothing good is free). WOW! I was completely wrong. From the moment I filled out my venue submission form, my birthday specialist was fully involved. The questions were answered quickly and I felt completely comfortable. My birthday was this past Saturday at Alpahbat Lounge - it was free, they got me a complimentary bottle fo champagne, no cover, quick entry - the works. I was thrilled. I wouldn't just recommend BPB - if any of my friends have a party coming up, I'm going to demand they use it! This service is no joke - give it a try, you'll be thrilled you did :) more

Awesome. 1/20/2011

I contacted Ryan from BPB a week prior to book a party at Polar for Friday. After a 5 or 6 emails everything was setup. He was quick to answer all my questions and provided me a way to contact him in case of an emergency if anything went wrong at Polar. On the evening of the party, we did initially have problems at the door getting some friends in but after a few texts with Ryan, the problems were resolved. I was given 2 awesome tables on the left side of the dance floor and comped bottle service as well. He provided great service and a stress free night. Will definitely use them again! more

Great service! I liked that it was easy to get in touch with them (just fill out a form) and that they got back to me really quickly. My planner and I exchanged emails easily, and he was happy answering my questions about small details too. I had very specific requests (1 comp'd champagne, table on the 2nd floor), and they absolutely delivered, plus more. I think I ended up with 2 champagne bottles and the entire back area of the 2nd floor of Pranna. Great deal! Of course the best part was that it was all free. I'd definitely use this service again the next time I throw a big party. more

Rocky start, great finish 1/18/2011

Used BPB to book a list-minute birthday party. Last-minute meaning a Thursday afternoon e-mail to Ryan to book a 30 headcount party for Saturday night. Ryan was very responsive to all my questions (exchanged about 20 e-mails over the span of 2 hours), and felt like great personal service.\r \r Night of, the venue did not have my name/party on their list, and I thought that my plans were de-railed. I called Ryan and put him in touch w/ their event staff. They managed to get my party back on track, got my table as I wanted, and a complimenary bottle on top of the one I ordered. (Coincidentally, the same thing happened to my girlfriend who used BPB at a different venue, and a similar emergency call to Ryan to fix the reservation, which also ended up being a great party).\r \r Minus 1 star for the early hiccup, but overall ended up having a great time. Wouldn't have found the venue had it not been for BPB, and the quick turn-around and hassle-free night made it all worthwhile. Hopefully my and my girlfriend's no-reservation experiences were isolated events. more

Great Birthday! 1/17/2011

I had my 24th Birthday at Cellar Bar last Saturday. This was my first time using BPB and I was very impressed. Having BPB handel the details made everything alot easier. Thanks to BPB I was able to get my friends in without any cover, and was given a free bottle. Everyone had a great time and were dancing the whole night. The only complaint about my party were the drinks being expensive (which isn't BPBs fault). Thank you BPB for all your help! I will definitely be using your service for any future parties I have! \r \r more

She helped me select the venue for my birthday party the week of the date.\r \r Her responsivness, helpfulness, advice regarding the venues' pricing, spacing and vibe were bar none.\r She made a daunting experience very manageble and fun. Made Bday Party Planning SUPER EASY! 1/10/2011

I knew I wanted to do something fun for my 35th, but didnt want the hassle of planning... Birthday Party Booker was great! \r \r Originally i had my party planned at Carnival, but the blizzard caused me to change my location. \r \r Donna and Ryan were great and found me a great (perhaps even better alternative) at Sidebar. \r \r We had the back room, a free bottle of chamapgne and they played awesome music. It was exactly what I wanted. \r \r I will definitely use this service again and recommend to my friends!!!! Thank you BPB! more

If you're looking to have an amazing time for your birthday, book it through Birthday Party Booker!\r \r Ryan sticks to his word ""NO COVER NO HASSLES"". He made sure that your entire party gets in without any problems. The venue I chose was Pranna Louge. Not only was I promised a table and champagne...we were able to occupy 2 tables and received mixers and vodka! \r \r It definately was an awesome experience! I HIGHLY recommend to book through them!!! more

Ryan at birthdaypartybooker was amazing. He completely took the stress out of planning a party and went a step further in getting a comped bottle of grey goose and a table. He was quick to respond and recomended great venuses. I will be contacting Ryan with my next party and recommending him for sure. Amazing more

Best Time Ever! 11/22/2010

I had Ryan from BPB to plan my party and he was so helpful and was so patient with me with choosing where my party would be. I had my party at Forum. He totally hooked me up with a free bottle of champagne and a reserved table, my boyfriend, friends and fam had a great time, there were no trouble, no lines, no cover, just great music, staff and atmosphere. I'll def book my party with Ryan! Thanks again!! .... til next year! or the next birthday party :) more

Great birthday party 11/10/2010

I used BPB to book my boyfriends 28th birthday at Bar 29. We absolutely loved the venue, and we got what we asked for. I couldn't choose between like 5 places and Ryan patiently answered my questions in a super quick way. I also like how all communication was done through email so I could do it while I was at work. We couldn't really get any drink specials or free bottles at Bar 29 (we were offered all you can drink bracelets if we wanted) but the staff at Bar 29 were very nice to us. I would definitely use BPB again! more
