Ryan from BirthdayPartyBooker helped me plan my 21st birthday party at Empire Hotel Rooftop and it was nothing short of a great time. Being that it was my 21st birthday, i wanted everything to go smoothly without any problems and Ryan was very reassuring throughout the whole process. We communicated with each other through e-mail and Ryan was very quick at responding. I told him what my budget was and how didn't want any problems at the door. He set me up with my own guest list and a deal for a buy one bottle get one free. Empire is known for their strict door policy but my guests had no problems at all that night.
