Elliot Tire in Kirkland fixed me up with 2 brand new tires and they installed, rotated and made sure the pressure was right for my truck!!! They truly went the extra mile for me and I thank them!!! more

Love Elliot Tire 12/19/2011

I love Elliot Tire in Kirkland! My dad has been a loyal customer of this location for over 10 years, so naturally whenever my parents, siblings or I need new tires we go here. Yesterday a coworker noticed that I had a nail in my tire. I went straight to Elliot Tire and they removed the 3 nails in my tire, patched it up & made sure none of my other tires had any nails. I was in & out within an hour, with about 4 people ahead of me. They have excellent customer service here which keeps my family and me coming back! more

If you go anywhere else for your tire and wheel needs, you are simply wasting your time! Hands down Elliot Tire in Kirkland is the best deal in the county. They will steer you in the right direction while also saving you money in the process. No hidden fees at all and their quotes are all straight out-the-door prices. All my friends are and will become regular customers for years to come. more

Elliot has a great thing going there. They are fast professional and friendly. No wonder then have all the great reviews. I've been going to them for a while now and thought I would give them a big thanks online because they deserve it; and apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so! But I can't say I am surprised because they do offer great oil change and other services. more

Felt at home 11/14/2011

Elliot is so helpful. I was stuck there 2day trying to get my truck fixed and he went above and beyond to try and find me a 24inch tire. They called all over the area for a couple hours trying to help me then I finally got a tire delivered and he immediately got it on for me and got me out of there after being stuck for hours. The whole staff was super helpful and professional, I felt like I was at home not stuck at a tire shop. I would refer anyone to go there they are the best. more

Delivered 10/25/2011

These guys do what they say will do and not run-up charges - they DO call to confirm any required not ""suggested"" maintenance. Service and time availability has been very good for us as their clients. We took the first car after buying it with blind faith. They did all the inspections and some minor work. We happen to take our second vehicle due to some issues - same good service. Seems that they have a very good set of people working there who are aware of such concepts as Karma. They haven't tried any tricks on us and so far they delivered what they promised. more

Best service ever! 10/24/2011

I took my car in maybe like 30min before they closed and I really needed to get an oil change and they were nice enough to still take my car in and change the oil. That is some great customer service and now I know where to come to when I get off of work late and I need an oil change. Thanks Elliott Tire you guys are great. more

Nice things 10/18/2011

I was referred to Elliott Tire in Kirkland from the auto dealership where my new car was purchased. They took great care of my faulty abs brake sensor and rear bearing, as well as replacing a cracked passenger-side rear view mirror and swapping out a faulty dome light bulb to boot!! Jeff Jaynes is the store manager and he even gave me a deal on future repairs... I have nothing but nice things to say about Jeff and his staff. more

Poor quality work 10/14/2011

I had to return 2 more times and finally gave up. I'm still having problems with their poor quality repair. more

Oil Change 10/14/2011

I came in for an oil change I called before I came to set up an appointment and they said if I came in with in 20 min they can get me in so I did, and wow they were fast I didn't wait a long time for them to take my car in. They were done with my car's oil change with in like an hour which I think was pretty fast I have gone to other places and the oil change takes over 2 hours! So I am really glad I came here and that they were fast! Highly recommend. more
