These guys do what they say will do and not run-up charges - they DO call to confirm any required not ""suggested"" maintenance. Service and time availability has been very good for us as their clients. We took the first car after buying it with blind faith. They did all the inspections and some minor work. We happen to take our second vehicle due to some issues - same good service. Seems that they have a very good set of people working there who are aware of such concepts as Karma. They haven't tried any tricks on us and so far they delivered what they promised.
